My card works everywhere else, and sporadically works in this app. I kind of feel unsafe putting my card on this app now, will have to remove if payment system is not secure.

Simon Kim: Be careful. When there is something wrong with it e.g. when you want to cancel it because the delivery keeps being pushed back there is no way to get refund..you have to dispute on the transaction with the bank. Terrible experience.

neo lee-ercole: Not a good experience, app was annoying to use, didn't notify the restaurant, I had to call the restaurant to make sure they had received my order and they didn't see it because the app is so dodgy. It's a good concept for an app it's just completely flawed and needs work.

V.I.P Man: This is a great app and here's why!: If you're white this is a great racism simulator, if you're wealthy and white this is a great way to lose all that wealthy baggage! If you want help and support you can get the same copy and pasted reply from them, so everyone is equal! Also as a bonus, you give them your phone number, address AND card details, and in return they give you a detailed breakdown on your recipt, they'll show you the fee, extra fee for speaking english, delivery fee, and fee fee!

jih332: Used it for about two years. But last delivery broke my only hope for it. Waited hours for my food only to find an item was missing. Rest assured that they wouldn't give you any compensation for that, only the pitiful refund for the time you've wasted. Zero cost for making mistakes, nice! If you want to get your food delivery from this app, then be prepared for waiting for at least one hour, up to 3 hours.

Sara Sparkle: I have also used this app from the resturant's side. Pick up is extremely slow and often late. There is zero privacy whatsoever. This is also the only food delivery platform that I've seen without censorship of customer information whatsoever. When you place an order, your phone number, address, full name, and notes are all fully visible to all staff. Also, their translation is poor at best with the app always asking if they "splash water."

A Google user: The interface is not very user friendly. Sometimes the restaurants are closed but not reflected in the app. Even worse instead of cancelling the order processing refund autimatically I have to wait hours to find it out and contact customer service to ask for a refund. Bad experince. Also when I reduced the quantity for my item, it removed the entire item while still shows greater than 0 quantity from user's perspective. Only found out when order was received. Disappointed.
