X z: Don't use Hertz. I've tried at least five times of sending driving licence with different phones through system. None of them succeeded. I wasted at least 1h to keep trying and have to cancel this book, and waste money. I tried to contact you by calls for several times but no one ever answers. No human supports. Very annoying experience!!!

arshem jawish: Really bad experience because i downloaded the app and registered and booked in less than 20 minutes. And after I returned the car and i was late 30 minutes. They charged me 30? and they said that's because only ( i didn't call them) and tell them that I'll be 30 minutes late to return the car. I didn't have time to read the policy or conditions. So in total i paid 70? for renting a car for 90 minutes. And i tried to reach the support but without a solution.

joseph davies: Poor Used this app a few years ago and it was great but there is something wrong right now. I keep being told "A technical error has occurred..." when I try to add a card in the payment details section. The website keeps crashing on me as well; I'm getting so far then it falls over and tells me " This page isn't working...".

Ana-Maria Mirea: Honestly, this could work very well. Unfortunately, there is obvious that the app and the system don't have any research behind. Very difficult to use because there is always an error or something not specified. This is an example of bad user experience and unfortunately for the people who worked on this app and system, their work was in vain because no one invested in looking at how custumers are going to use this app and system in real life. Very frustrating!

A Google user: Great app really convenient for short van hire, I think it would be great if you could log unreported van damaged in the app. When you first start your rental and check the van you could press a button in the app that opens the camera and take a picture of the damage with time date and gps location. Which would prove to hertz the damage was there before you started driving.

A Google user: I initially called B&Q, then Hertz 24/7 and it became clear that the app was the way to go. All staff were really helpful though. Once on the app I booked the vehicle in about 5 minutes - this included setting up a new account. I usually cart stuff around in a trailer and hope it doesn't rain. This app takes the hassle out of renting and so far I am extremely impressed
