Rishiruben Sivabalan: The updated UI is poorly made, overloaded and unclear, it has many buttons that have redundant functions with no proper explanation. You cant use the 30min free parking option, without first depositing money into the app (why, this is such a dumb design choice) And the big nail to the coffin is that i still got hit with a summon despite paying for street parking through the app. Whats the point of this app. Ironically the fastest thing in this app is the summons notification. Im so done.

WeiQian Liu: Downloaded and used it twice because tng parking wasn't available. Under their terms and conditions, you're not able to withdraw those credits and it'll expire after 3 years. Think before you download.

wasim chaudhry: Very Bad experience. I have paid parking with that app and application selected wrong parking location through GPS. Once back my car was clamped and the respective person fined because I payed for wrong parking. I explained the application only selected that location but he refused.

MissionSBinnow: Your transfer credit feature is bugged. Everytime I want to transfer some parking credit to someone, I always get this message "This feature is temporarily unavailable for upgrading works", this feature rarely works, I only recorded it worked once. Fix this.

Cmystery: First time used this app & it is not convenient like TouchnGo. Forced user to top up RM10 rinngit but unable to transfer the exact amount/ the total of the credit to another account. Write in an email, but their service is not good at all. You builder this app is to solve people problem & provide solution, but you are making problem and not provide any solution! Please kindly get back to me for further action regarding this matter because I wanted to close account but in my account have credit.

Burrd Lim: Has improved over the past year or so. More stable now, to the point where it is genuinely useful. Automatically detecting location and selecting correct city council works well. Notifications are timely and actually useful, unlike so many other apps.
