Hala Husari: It used to work just fine, it used to count steps and everything. Now, its not allowing me to connect to Arabi points, its not counting steps unless I manually open the app and when it was crashing alot I uninstalled the app and reinstalled it to resolve the issue, when I enter my phone number it asks for the "correct number" whatever that means! I have a large credit in the app that I dont want to go to waste but now I cant even access my account.

ma3en alsaber: Very very power consuming app, it drains my battery quickly, one day I see it had eaten 39% of the battery power! Moreover, there is always a reduction in steps count, even while setting the steps source from the app settings to Google Fit, there is always a difference. Opened a case with the support team for that over than a year ago, and still the same issue.

Amer Sawalha: The app does not count steps correctly for many reasons: 1. Does not sync steps with smartwatch 2. Steps are only calculated through the phone sensor. 3. Even when using the same phone sensor as other health apps, it reduces the step count significantly compared to other apps like Samsung health. The app says I walked 100,000 steps in a month but other apps say double that amount! Not worth the effort or the extreme battery drain!!!!

Tareq Pharaon: There are still many faults with the app. One has to keep checking if it is counting the steps because it exits by itself. A million steps in a week is practically impossible, which is what some recorded during the recent competition. Today 01/04/2022, the latest problem is that the daily steps counter keeps resetting to zero, and nothing is registering on the fitticoins counter.

Malak Daoud: The application keeps crashing and giving errors "something went wrong please try again later" everytime I open the app. As well as not showing the point or steps as well as crashing when clicking on 'manage Arabi fitness points' giving u unhandled exception. It happened multiple times, even after contacting help it keeps happening and their solution was that its because its not connected to Google fit, tho the application is not even seeing that the Google fit app is already downloaded.

Boshra Jaber: I can express enough how useful this app is. It gives me the motivation I need to stay healthy by walking and tracking calories, and collect coins at the same time! May I add, it is really light app, barely consume any battery power, and absolutely free. I am really looking forward to adding more and more exciting services and products to your shop!
