Carolyn Dardani-Horensky: Once again, facebook updated and now my instagram direct message push notifications are not coming through the business suite. Please fix so the push notifications work. As of yesterday my push notifications are no longer coming thru my phone. I have to open the app to check for my messages. Instagram direct also no longer comes through. I never had any issues until yesterday!!!

Duelist Kingdom Champion: Hate the fact that I have 4 stores under the umbrella of this app & it forces you to switch to a physical profile away from your personal just to read something, share a post or other mundane tasks. The old pages app was 100 times better for management. Don't even get me start how ridiculous it is to try to create events & view them. Half the time it just shows you past ones & you have to navigate to a weird page to just get the "create event" option to pop up. If it ain't broke, don't fix it!

Rosamund: Horrible, every time an update happens, it gets worse and worse. My linked Instagram account is somehow getting excluded when I choose the option to post on both Instagram and Facebook at the same time now. And all the posts I did on my Instagram are simply not there, nor on the app, or anywhere. They're lost and this has been happening for months now. Don't you think this is enough? I'm losing precious ideas.

Shane Glass: For an app that you're supposed to rely on for communication with customers, this is piss poor. Most of the time new messages don't show even though the notification counter shows them. Force quitting, refreshing, nothing gets the message to actually show. So mobile communication is effectively useless. Over a year later and updating my review to state that nothing has changed in regards to the messaging end of the platform. Absolutely junk.

Kelli D.: 8-18-22 I hate these updates. It doesn't make any sense at all jumping between pages and profiles; I can't edit any albums, individual pictures, titles and I can't delete albums either because there's no options for any of it in the "..." icon, is empty. I can't stand clicking on a notification and it switch my profile user. Business Suites programmers are making it impossible to enjoy this app. I'm getting upset with the constant disruption.

Holly Cooper: At first, it was nice to have a separate app for my hobby portfolio, but this app seriously needs to be updated. So many glitches. If I try to see a reply to a comment, as soon as I click on the reply they all disappear and it only shows the original comment. I cannot initiate a private message to anyone. Occasionally it'll have a message option under a reply, but that only works a fraction of the time. I can't delete old photo albums and can't rename them either.

Michele Dansak: I'm an Admin on the business page for my job at an art center. I installed the app so that I could access the page directly, like I had done in the past with Pages Manager. I get notifications, but I can't see all of the comments or messages. I'm not always unable to respond the the ones I do see. The desktop version is just as difficult to use. I'm unistalling this piece of garbage and going back to getting business notifications through Fb. Bring back Pages Manager because it worked!

William Smith: I can't sync my appointments to Google calendar. Every time I try to turn on the switch to sync to Google it says something went wrong. This used to work but it hasn't worked for the last few weeks. Edit: So now it will let me sync my appointments to Google calendar but the sync button turns itself off every few hours. I have to keep going into the settings and turn sync to Google calendar back on. Very frustrating. Edit: This issue has been resolved. Thank you!

Patti Shaffer: It continues to get harder and harder to maintain and control business pages on Meta. I run 2 business pages and I'm constantly having to switch between a mobile device and a computer. it seems something always works better with one or the other, instead of working one either device. I am busy and it takes way too much time to do things on here.

aliensearcher games: This is the least user friendly app I have ever seen; it is hard to navigate, not well organized, hard to find anything, it is impossible to view your own page the way other people view it, and I keep getting notifications that I have a new message but when I go to the app there are no new messages and when I sort by unread it confirms there are no new messages so I have no way to know if the notifications are in error or if my messages are getting lost somewhere. Now my page isn't showing up.
