Dan N: The app needs improvement. First issue is that the item results always end up in a "loop" when for me when I scroll, which consists of scrolling through the same 10-20ish set of results a few times until the next items appear. The cart page has an "quantity not available" error that doesn't go away. Also, the app could use a "favorites" button to save items that can be bought later, since it is usually difficult to find them again.

Java Joe: I would say that this app and Express have come a long way to becoming much better in recent years and it shows! There are only a few things I would suggest for improvement the scanner to scan clothing tags doesn't work and also please create a way to favorite/hearr items so I can easily find things later. And lastly the dates aren't accurate in the points history. Other than that Express has come a long way and I will continue to support this great company!

Chelcie Loudermilk: This app sucks... it wouldn't even let me check out. I had to use my computer. Of course almost none of the clothes fit right because I'm not 6' tall, tho I do love their clothes, but the app def will not let me process returns or exchanges. Quite frustratingly, when I select that part, it takes me to an ad page for a discount on more clothes. Almost nothing in this app works. It's literally only good for putting stuff in your cart.

Aneatra Barnes: Good, but messes up at least once a month! The filters don't always show the size I select. Also, checking out with PayPal is sometime-y. And it does freeze up sometimes, when it does it's very annoying. Other than that, it works fine. What I put in my cart, stats in my cart unless the item isn't available. It's easy to use.

M Hill: It is not consistent in how it works. It may function well then on the night of an advertised sale buffer for hours. It is not the most convenient (limited to no filter on options) and there is NO option to just go to website, you have to use App. I will give it 3 stars because it does the basic functions and I have been able to order some pretty pieces.

Tammy Barrett: I have been an A list customer for more than 10 years. I've never had a problem with this app until the past couple months. It started by not allowing me to complete purchases which resulted in my losing rewards that I had earned. Then it wouldn't recognize my Express credit card. I spent 3 hours this evening trying to make a purchase it was a horrible experience. Purchase not made and now it doesn't even let me log in. I uninstalled and reinstalled and still no luck. I'm about to cut up my card

Robert Coleman: Easy to use app. Helpful for keeping track of purchases. Makes searching easy. Updated 8/1/20. Took back 3 stars, every time you try to sign into one of the challenges it says the app has quit unexpectedly I've been having this problem for months and haven't been able to get anything to work. I also order through the app and then when I go to purchase history it says It can't find anything. Needs work

Josephine Nunez: This app has started having issues since the beginning of July. First I couldn't sign in to Express Next. After chatting with their "help" services, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app for it to work. Now, the app won't let me complete a transaction. Right when I click submit order, it keeps say "the app has unexpectedly closed" - but the app doesn't actually close. It just brings me to the home page of the app. Also, their "help services" aren't very helpful at all.

A Google user: Simple. Elegant. Convenient. This app is great, all you need is your measurements, a style and a little free time. The best part is if I don't like something I'll take it to the store and exchange or get a refund so long as it's not a final sale or past x (I think 30) amount of days. edit: there are time were I can't sign in using the google button after multiple attempts, it's an issue I've been having for quite some time. I will 5 star when its fixed. Partially fixed.

A Google user: When the app first launched I couldn't use it, it would never process my order so I waited a while for the launch-bugs to be worked out. Tried it again on 11/1 and still had ordering issues. Bummer bc the layout is awesome and the app runs great except for ordering. It's running way smoother than launch so I know it's getting worked out, just wish it was sooner than later.
