Lucy Williams: 0 stars, I'm sure how it got 5 star ratings. It literally doesn't work...at all. I've had to call the office EVERY SINGLE TIME TO START AND STOP for about the last two months. Its annoying, but today it was 0 degrees out. Last thing I want to do is spend extra minutes outside calling the office to lock and unlock the car. I gave up on the app and they linked it to my GO card...which also didn't work. I still had to call the office and stand in the cold while they ended the trip and locked it.
