Hice la compra y cuando se estaba procesando el pago me regreso al inicio no me envió ningún comprobante ni al correo ni al número de teléfono y si me hizo el descuento en mi tarjeta, ahora tengo que hacer un proceso de aclaración que pide demasiados requisitos a la antigua, una vez me pasó algo así con la de "Primera plus" y ellos me resolviera de inmediato, desepcionate y pesimo servicio para la aclaración.

Arturo Diez: Pésima aplicación. Compré dos boletos para ir a un lugar y me hicieron doble cargo. Por un accidente en la carretera me retrasé y al saber que no iba a llegar al autobús a tiempo, intenté cambiar los boletos por la app (con cargo extra), total que me hicieron tres cargos y no me cambiaron los boletos. O sea, tengo 4 cargos adicionales por servicios que no me dieron y ahora tengo que resolverlos con el banco. Pésimo servicio.

Jorge Tellez: Hace su función de comprar boletos, pero en el caso de boletos abiertos es un verdadero problema hacerlos válidos, ya que no se auto popula la información del boleto comprado desde la app, y debes llenarlo manualmente, cosa que es complicado ya que debes salir y entrar de la aplicación para ver el pdf del boleto, de igual forma, al comprar un boleto abierto, no es posible verlo dentro de la app, deberían mejorar la funcionalidad respecto al boleto abierto
