Making aap is not only enough,one should know to manage it. Banks apps provide so easy functioning. Euta password reset garna lai lafda garayera. Ridiculous. Ashmita Gopali: Worse app ever. I wanted to verify my Id from my citizenship but double id is not allowed. I am not getting the second chance to verify my id through my father's citizenship. The amount is stucked and my debit transactions are blocked since yesterday. This app is just making my storage full. I should get a second chance to change the information and verify my account.?

Prakash Yadav: Secure payment is waste of money. A policy to scam customer under same platform. Not even bank charge for internal payment. Quite pathetic. Customer service does not even reply to email request while they demand to send them email for changes. It's been more than 4 days waiting for your response.

Sudip Adhikari: Your UI/app lags on both 32 bit Android(its almost useless) as well as on 64 bit Android(too much input latency-takes 1 second to scroll) and consumes too much resources. It's been 1 and a half years no updates fixed it, now it's unbearable so I was forced to write it. The hamropatro app and your esewa app are the most laggy android apps I've ever seen, and they keep getting worse with each new update.
