D M: Being new to the application and head unit connection was confusing at first but the more you work with the easier it becomes. One thing that I notice and continues to happen. Periodically I will not get my messages sent to my Wahoo head unit. I have the phone with me with the element app on and all connections on. It will work for a while then drops off. The only way to get it working again is to reinstall the element application. I am missing too many important messages.

Ralph Gonzales: Live tracking not working. I contacted support but they weren't much of a help. Asked me to take screenshots of my settings on my phone. Making sure everything is right and turn off stuff that may affect my live tracking sharing. I did everything i was asked to do but It still didn't work for me. I thought this was gonna be a great feature especially that I have family and loved ones that can track me and they're updated with my whereabouts. Every time I share the link, it doesnt show anything

Jason Allen: Love the data and easy to use features. Only problem I have is the live tracking not working properly. When I send out the links it still shows I have not left my starting point or if I ever look at my phone mid ride like text messages or taking pics it makes the live track fail and shows me at that last location and doesn't continue to follow. Besides that it works fine. Hopefully the live tracking is fixed because it is helpful for my family and friends to see that I'm safe. I use an ele bolt.

OrientEspresso: Data units keep reverting to metric. Any way to get °F, feet, and pounds "stick? Used this app for a month. I think it's really good, has frequent updates, has become stable, and pairs every time. It's easy to use app to reconfigure display so the data fields are what and where you want them. Device itself had good battery life, and app does not appear to be power hog. Upped my rating to 5* because it deserves it. To pair via QR code, hold phone further away from device screen than you'd think.

A Google user: Have had issues with the Elemnt Mini. Probably the device and not the app. Ride resets to zero and stops recording on device part way through ride. One time it seemingly kept recording in the app and the other time it did not. The app also sent dozens of ride start notifications throughout my rides via email to my auto configured address. A new notification every few minutes. Meanwhile, Strava tracked me perfectly with no drops, so I don't think it's my gps.

A Google user: Latest updates wreak havoc with my phone and Bolt. The app constantly runs on my Galaxy S10+ activating bluetooth and looking for the Bolt. That's intrusive, unneeded, and annoying. The bigger issue is that it messes up the Bolt. Every time it connects (or reconnects mid-ride, as it's prone to do) it resets the Bolt from miles to KM and changes the back lighting. Even the routes saved on the app only display metric values! To switch the Bolt back to miles requires a combination ELEVEN presses of FIVE different buttons. Not helpful to choose between interrupting your ride or riding unsafely to fix the problems created by poor app design/testing.

A Google user: Right now, it should get 0 stars. Got an update, and the startup video began each time I tried to start my phone app. Wants to pair my already paired Bolt. Fine, I'll go through the steps again. Because it was paired, I couldn't. Fine. I'll unpair and start over. Except it won't read the barcode now. Fine. I'll uninstall and start from scratch. Didn't work. So now instead of having really annoying starting music every time, I have a bolt that can't pair to my phone. It worked LIKE A CHAMP before. LOVED the app. Now? Not so much.

A Google user: so the new version ALWAYS starts with a promotional video?? and asks if I want to skip it??... every time?? and then wants to pair it with a screen capture even though it paired perfectly fine before?? then it asks if I want to exit onboarding?? what is onboarding? is there a way to disable all these unnecessary steps? am I missing something?

A Google user: This app has many issues. Connectivity problems are #1 on the list and app crashes. I was hoping you can put a setting so first time a button is pressed on Bolt to just turn the light on. To not change screens or zoom out. This would be very helpful.

A Google user: What a POS! My workout data screen just changes randomly and I cannot fix it. I tried a dozen times. The changes just does not get applied to my GPS Also the app has been notifying me about a needed update. Needless to say, the update never takes effect. I am on my home wifi and about 5 apps gets updated daily on my phone. Updates does not get pushed automatically, and when requesting it, it simply does not work. Total garbage and waste of time.
