lan johnson: Well I've only found 2 gamepads that work with this,the 8bitdo pro 2 and gamesir t3..you definitely need apart from the 8bit pro 2 a controller with a USB receiver...you can use axis sticks to control..The game can be upgraded to higher resolution and be in full screen with no boarders unlike the screen shot in play store.

brainfriiz: Better then I was expecting, I'm surprised the BTSX wads are here! I don't know how Bethesda doesn't have at least one full time developer working on improving this. Would really like to see this _try_ to compete with sourceports. Freelook, BOOM support, autoaim control, deathmatch, co-op, optional graphics improvements (lighting and particles etc). Expecially need Kill and Secret counters, a status bar free HUD, and auto-pistol start every level.

Kyle Bean: The basic game is addictive, but the touch screen makes playing efficiently impossible. Half the time you hit the fire button and it doesn't fire, in a game where split seconds literally mean life and death. I have a love/hate relationship with this game, and I would be less likely to break something if the damn shoot button worked right.

Giancarlo Sebastian Bustos Linares: I'm changing my review of these ports, they look and feel great now, I think that the controls could be a little better, the sensitivity while aiming is great but the walking sensitivity doesn't feel right yet, overall it's shaping to be a great port. Also the sound of the game is kind of weird, but if you guys make the blood of the cacodemons blue and the baron and knights green I will give a full 5 stars rating.

A Google user: I was a huge fan of the first doom growing up playing it on a crappy 386. But never played doom 2 that much. I'm enjoying the levels and some amazing level design. However, the controls even after giving it some time to get used to it, really hold me back from enjoying this game further. I will try the sensitivity setting but it's incredibly easy to miss a sidestep and get blasted or miss your shot. Doom is relentless so bad controls leading to missed shots is just frustrating as hell!

Crosses on medpacks are back (although green) and Final Freakin' Doom is back! I was wondering when they would sell it, but instead it's a free add-in compatible available with both Dooms! A Google user: Doom 2 is a great game. fast paced, action packed, everything a shooter is supposed to be. but this port is horrendous. These controls are awful, I cannot move while aiming orr else the touchpad jumps to the position of my thumb and I stop in my tracks. total lack of even slight aim assist makes this game impossible to play on phones. you need to make the controls more customizable man. all this game needs is a joystick that doesn't jump whenever you aim, and a very slight aim assist. fix it.
