Sunil Menon: Pathetic app This is a one way street. If after taking appointment, the doctor doesn't show up, there is absolutely no way anyone helps here. The idea when u hv doc appointment apps is to connect to the doc and not wait forever and try and get refund if the doc doesn't join. Patients take appointment to get heard and solve their issues. A clear no for any future work thru this app.

Rajat yadav: Call with doctor was scheduled for 6:30 but till 7:15 there was no update and doctor was not available on call. I knew doctor personally so i called him up to check the issue. I raised concern with docon support but support team is pathetic. It is medical appointment, how can you revert the next day and that too taking credit for my personal connect with doctor? Very incompetent support team, poor operational processes. I recommend using other channels.

sahal khursheed: I used Docon application for Video Consultation with one of my doctor. The overall process is seamless from the appointment booking till the actual consultation. The application helps in maintaining all my medical records at one place along with an option to place Medicine orders. Kudos to the team !!

Krishna Karthik: Horrible experience. I booked a slot but seemingly on doctor's request they change the slot to another time. We attended both the time but on second time, we were asked to rebook the slot on higher fee. Terribly disappointed with this kind of harakiri.

Anjali Saraogi: I booked an appointment with a doctor .The video call quality was bad and the audio sound was pathetic . After that medication prescription is not available in the app so that I can start my medication .I multiple times raised queries but no response was there .

Snehal Jadhav: The app is good only till you face any problem. Very POOR customer service. Specially they do not respond to money related issues. I do not recommend this app only because of their very poor customer service. My issue is pending since 15 days.

Praguna Jaiswal: As a first timer, I am totally ignorant about how the consultation process would go on. How to load documents, how the doctor would talk what is the medium for videocall etc. I want to be sure of process before paying. But the app just asks for payment and silent about the services. How come the fees of visiting in person and for the video are same? For video, the fees needs to be less as doctors overhead expenses are nil. I think you guys are simply after money and not service.
