THE CENTRAL HEALTH BOARD (DKR) CENTRAL JAVA is part of the Community Organization which was established on March 12, 2008 by the people together with Health Volunteers in Jakarta, named THE BOARD OF HEALTH PEOPLE (DKR) INDONESIA

DKR was welcomed positively and then fostered by DR. Dr. Siti Fadilah Supari Sp.JP (K) who was then serving as the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia for the period 2004 – 2009.

As an organization of volunteers and health cadres who are independent and non-profit DKR are registered at the Directorate of National Unity and Politics (Kesbangpol), the Ministry of Home Affairs of the Republic of Indonesia with Number: 367 / D.III.4 / VI / 2011.

Cadres and volunteers who are members of the DKR are tasked with ensuring people's awareness about their rights, especially in the health sector.

DKR cadres and volunteers are also tasked with ensuring the construction of the Siaga RT, Siaga Village, Siaga Village and Siaga Village throughout the Central Java region. So that people are empowered to face health disasters caused by disease and nature.

DKR cadres and volunteers also work among the people in charge of ensuring that the poor and unable to get free health services at Puskesmas and Hospitals until they are recovered free of charge.
