TinkerPhill: This service is terrible. I paid for my account, at no time when I set up my account and paid for this service, did they say that I would be advertised to while using the service. Typically the point of a premium service is to eliminate the advertisements. But that's just the start. Photos regularly just disappear off of the service. The thumbnail will show up but when you try to click on it, it just errors. What a waste of money this service has been.

Darrick Bruns: The only upside is the massive amounts of storage capacity for a relatively good price. I purchased an ultimate plan on sale. I'm still seeing ads in app. Cannot upload files larger than 1 GB. Organization is terrible. The interface is just way too clunky and unintuitive. But, if all you need is access to massive amounts of storage, then it's ok. Way too many of the five-star reviews are obviously fake. STAY AWAY!!!

Angelmaat: Seems to work okay, but the interface is awful, and I can't change it also I wish it would show folders and then the things that are in them! At first, I thought it hadn't uploaded stuff because of that, instead it shows files and it counts pictures as files! It pays WAY too much attention to pictures. That's not what I want it to do.

I can not change where there app wants to upload from other than that it's pretty decent storage app with lots of different storage space. Harmon Clemmons: I paid $99.95 for 15TB of lifetime photo AND data storage. Degoo still keeps trying to ad small increments of storage to entice me to upgrade. Misrepresentation/fraud? I hope not. We shall see. The service does keep up with photos pretty well I think, but I have not figured out the data backup process yet. The user interface is not user friendly or intuitive. Could be better, but it keeps my photos...like you know who does for free...

A Google user: I miss getting one extra gigabyte of storage for every ad I watched in the past. Now it's only 750 megabytes of storage per ad and for the most part whenever I try to upload something from my external micro SD card, the uploading page gets stuck on the status screen for a while rather than starting to upload the files. Or it freezes while uploading files. Please fix these problems because I really need the storage space and the space is running out on all of my devices. Please help. Thanks

A Google user: Good cloud storage that does the trick if you have a device or photos/videos you need backed up easily and quickly. Frequent offers to add more free storage by watching ads & completing offers in app. The interface on the feed page could be better, maybe grouped into folders by date uploaded, just to make it easier to navigate. I don't use the feed page because of that reason, I select device and explore from there. Overall it's a simple storage app that's easy to manage!

A Google user: It's a nice little app. With 100 GB to play with and ability to increase even more is pretty nice. It's a great tool for data back for the everyday people. It do needs some improvement, but I'm sure the developers are working on it. UI interface is clean and simple. Would like to have a bit more versatility on creating folders simpler. I would recommend this apps small business and students as well as teachers. I'm not a big fan of the feed, but that's just me. I'm sure there are people who likes this feature.

A Google user: Confusing as hell. Uploaded 10mb of ebooks only to test it out but i can't find it anywhere. It shows all the files on my phone that i don't want to mess with except the ones i uploaded and want to see how to access them when i need them. A Google user: The app is perfect for its purpose. However, just to make sure users are aware, Degoo is not your standard idea of cloud storage, but more like user-selected file/folder and/or complete storage back-up and syncing of the user's devices, with any file/folder accessable on any other device. To clarify, Degoo uploads anything you want to upload from your devices, up to and including a complete copy of your device's storage, and allows you to share the files on any device with any or all of the others. You tell it which files/folders to upload, and it will do so, continuing to update the folders and files within them whenever something new is added, if you have the setting active, effectively guaranteeing backups of every device you own. The 100 GBs of storage is real, no catch involved, and extra storage can be earned through things like "loyalty awards," (which is just logging in multiple days in a row, or a week, or staying connected for extended periods of time) or "ad offerings," (simply watching three ad videos around 30 seconds long can earn you three extra GB a day, for example, though it's not required.) There ARE ads on-screen, but scrolling past them is painless, and otherwise the ads are mainly the aforementioned optional videos for earning extra storage. All in all, Degoo wasn't exactly what I was looking for, but was instead exactly what I didn't know I needed, and I'm delighted to have it.
