Samuel Abram: Watching ADS continually freezes the game. Having to close out of the game and restart it constantly is annoying AF.

Levius Akuma: BEWARE: This game is nothing more than a cash grab! Extremely low summon rates, not enough resources to make progress without paying and you'll spend most of your time watching ads to get rewards. The design and visuals are nice but outside of that This game is just money oriented. I use to be a fan of Com2Us but recently they've substituted game quality for greed and it's just sad.

Ceral Collins: Characters are nice to look at and the story is interesting, but that all gets offset by the game mechanics. Character rarity is the least of the issues here. Trying to get materials for your characters is even more frustrating than wanting an S rank of them. Many mechanics barely contribute to the story or seem wildly unesscary, which is sad because the story is genuinely interesting. Uninstalling and going back to CounterSide and Genshin Impact.

derek g: So far I'm enjoying the game there's one really big problem I have with it. The summon rates are absolutely abysmal, actually the whole system is. Having to level up your summon level to even be able to get s level and above characters. This really needs to be fixed or a lot of people will quit when they hit a wall.

Kenzi Djulfri: Dear, Ella is a promising unorthodox gacha RPG game but seeing how the developer is failing at UX it makes it frustrating to play the game. It is clear that your audience is in mobile platform and you did not deliver it right. My problem is the hero stats menu. When you tried to open a hero stats menu, why is the need to tap the portrait first then tap and hold? Why not just tap and hold it in the first place?

Garfield: Rather underwhelming, I expected more from a com2us game. Visuals and combat are good. Overall upgrade mechanics are poorly done, progress gets to a crawl way too fast. Quickly feels like a grind. Will give it a bit more time to check if anything changes.

Chrissy Can't Relate: The animations are pretty and I love the story intro. But, the main menu never loads or starts up. It has me link my account, set up a user and press tap to start, then...nothing. if this gets fixed I'll change my review. It could be the server being full.

Kade: Just started, but here are my initial observations. Ella is annoying, basic, and has no flaws. The story is elementary and boring. Character design is meh; just not for me. Gameplay could be worse. Music is alright though. Overall, not a good start, but it may improve later on.

I try to create a nickname and either it says it's already taken, has invalid characters, ( which makes no sense because I'm just using letters) or is invalid in general. I'll change my review once I'm actually able to play the game but this menu needs to be fix ASAP!!

Bench Ibañez: I havent started the game and there is already an error getting kicked out after the developer/publisher screen pops out. Not a good start after I pre-register and waited for quite a while. Sadly, I had forced myself to uninstall it because it only takes up space. I will reconsider if issue has been resolved.
