Robert Griffin: I really like this watch. I can except the degree of accuracy of the readings. My problem is I lost Bluetooth connection with my zflip3 Samsung phone and I can't reconnect. Any advice?

Tom Mills: Just upgraded to a new phone (Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra 5G) and my V Band ST20 Smartwatch won't stay synced. My old Samsung Galaxy Note10+ 5G had no issues whatsoever with the Bluetooth connection or staying synchronised. Since upgrading, the Bluetooth connection is fine, but it doesn't stay synchronised so it won't come up with any texts/WhatsApp/Facebook like I want it to! Really annoyed about it, don't want to have to go get a new watch!

David Smith: It's. Great idea but I have to reconnect constantly to my phone. And it won't read my txt through txt app. I have to turn on all notifications and that has to be turned off when charging my phone or every 2 seconds it rings that's it's charging. Plz make it more android friendly

Becky Taylor: Doesn't consistently work right. I have raise wrist turned off and watch still lcomes on at times when wrist raised. Also I can have Bluetooth turned off and it keeps coming on automatically and turns off automatically. I will be dumping this app and getting new watch with new app.

Adam Doak: App no longer works and cannot update watch without it. I no longer see contacts or messages on watch and the time is incorrect. I can still make phone calls but it's just an increasingly useless novelty at this point.

Safwan Al Najjar: Notifications are limited, you just have an option to enable all notification or disable all. There is only some pre-loaded apps you can turn them on/off. Now I am Searching for any other app that can find my watch. Now it starts crashing when opening the app after I got the last samsung update.

Crazy Kitten: I got the smart watch that goes with this app for Christmas and I am quite happy. I find this app easy to use and being able to change the clock face with a personal photo is a nice touch. I love that I am able to use the app to remotely check my vitals and locate my phone if I lose it. All in all I find this app easy to use.

theresepoo: The weather is inaccurate, the call log and phone list functions do not work, data collection is limited, sleep tracking is incorrect, the word thermometer is misspelled, there are no directions how to download music to the watch and no response from the developer to any of these questions. This app makes a great watch just acceptable.

Terrance Burroughs: Not user friendly, limited watch faces, not expandable. Does not communicate with phone consistently, misses messages. The time is wrong constantly, you have to keep the app on and open in order to keep the watch updated. The app won't open a large percentage of the time, it crashes often making it impossible to sync and update your watch. No customer service, no website, and as you see they do not respond to these issues. Great battery life though, and speaker sound when it does connect.

Codey Taylor (????): My main problem with the app is that it crashes almost every time I open it. This is a serious problem. My last problem is that the song title doesn't sppear on the watch. It's shown on the advertising page. It's deceptive. The watch is great. Gets some time to get used to though. The app is fairly easy to use. I would like to see in a near future update a "sync with Google Fit" option.
