John Pham: You ever get so frustrated with glitches and bugs that you lose your appetite completely? That is every experience I have had with this app. Loses login info every time it updates. Does not keep payment information when login gets erased. Keeps sending you to locations nowhere near a restaurant. No way to contact anyone that can help with an order or refund, and the people at the restaurant can't help either. Maggie B: Unusable... Can't even get past the launch screen. I literally can't get into the app. I've tried uninstalling/reinstalling, restarting my phone...never even made it past the opening screen. After a second it just turns white and hangs there until it crashes. ETA: the fix suggested by the support team (clearing data in settings) did not help at all. Still not able to get past the white screen of death. Also not able to scan or add points from in store purchases. Pretty mad I'm missing points.

Phil Formby: App used to work well enough, but now it won't let me log in. That's if you can get past the splash page when you open the app. I had to uninstall and clear the apps storage just to get to the log in page, and then it doesn't work. Guess I'll go elsewhere if I can't use my rewards. That's not even to mention that my rewards points seem to disappear if I don't use them fast enough. That's BS. Pretty quick way to lose a bunch of business from a frequent customer.

Robert Dickson Jr: I have more than 100 visits to Qdoba. I had more than 10,000 points on the previous rewards version. From the upgrade, my points were converted to free entrees and they gave me a month to use them. I wasn't able to use them by the end of March, so I lost 4 free entrees. It took a long time to earn and accumulate those points to only be given a certain amount of time to use them. Highly disappointed. I have been a long time customer of Qdoba for nearly 10 years. I hardly feel like going anymore.

Jeremiah Muirbrook: App is alright, when adding items to your order, after you have selected everything it takes you back through your selections in reverse before it adds it to the cart. If you need to edit something in your cart you need to unselected and reselect all options or it is wrong. Better to just delete the item in your cart and start over. Also you can only use 1 reward at a time on the app, but if I go in the store to order and can do as many as I want. Old version of app allowed this.

Kristen Alexander: This app used to work, although it was slow as molasses. But now, rewards that I know I have don't show up. I uninstalled and reinstalled several times, but now the app crashes as soon as I open it. And when they switched to the new rewards system and converted your old points into free entrees with an expiration date in the very near future, they didn't feel the need to inform their customers. I found by chance I had 3 free entrees with about a month to use them. Now the app doesn't work.

Christopher Burns: This app is so bad, it's hard to explain without charts and laser pointers. The "favorites" thing never works, there are misspellings all over the place, when you try to edit something in your basket, you actually can't. When you choose a protein, you can't even see what you clicked on until you're finished, but like I said - if you want to change it, you have to start over. Even Google Wallet is painful. Why can't these people use the Chipotle app just once, to see how theirs should work.

Skylar Roberts: I frequent Qdoba very often but I cannot order my favorite entree through their app because of a poor design choice. Its impossible to order three cheese nachos with the chips in the bowl. The only option. They give you is "chips in the bowl" and if you leave it unchecked, it tells you you have to select one option in the category. Being that "chips in the bowl" is the only option, you cannot order it without it being checked. I'd change my rating if there's an update for it.

A Google user: App is broken! After the transition to the new app, my account was totally reset. I lost all points (2-3000), rewards, and status tier. I never received the several bonus $2 chips and queso deals promised. I emailed and was told someone would be in touch and no response. Super lame and super frustrating! If I have to start over, it might as well be with Chipotle.

A Google user: It was already a bad app before the current update, but now it's just impossible. The user interface is convoluted and frustrating. It takes forever to load. The last version could only save one credit card on file, but it would still ask you security questions which didn't matter at all. I can't log into my rewards with this new update, and of I try to make an account it just takes me in a circle. This app is just super annoying, and I regret enjoying this food.
