Dylan Lee: It kinda works, but it's super annoying. When background tracking is on, every minute a toast notification appears on my phone saying "An error occurred. Please try again later," which gets annoying really quickly. But when the tracking is off, it doesn't track your wallet. Fix this and the app will be much better.

Tom Alba: I don't need to find my key every second of the day. When I shut off my Bluetooth to not drain my battery to nothing there are constant reminders from app to turn on the Bluetooth it's completely unnecessary I don't want to see the icon at the top of the screen either I almost want to delete this application and look for something better. All we need is an app on the phone and a way to turn it on /off. I mean does it buzz when I hit the button and lose my key. Sure but that'snot unique

Christopher Rodrigues: This app and device almost never work. I could spend half an hour trying to connect to the device and when it finally does I go to buzz it and it says it's buzzing and then it just doesn't. I've tried doing this in a space where nothing was in the way, and I could visually see the object I was looking for and it just couldn't find it. Pretty useless when the device and app are supposed to help me find my stuff. Side note, even when it's buzzing the device itself is pretty quiet. So steer clear.

A Google user: The app may be too complicated. I tried muting the notifications when the items are away from the phone. The app is missing the ability to find items close by. I could stop Bluetooth, but i need that for other apps. The "SweetBlue ToolBox" app & the app works when needed to find items near the phone. Instead of force stopping app, I turn off location and storage permissions. This stopped the alert. I turn permissions on if I need to find something. Hope this helps someone with similar issue

A Google user: Several problems: At first, keyfob didn't do anything when I press "find" in app, but after a couple days it seems to work. Also in app settings for keyfob, attemps to change sound/volume fail. The alarm to indicate phone is separated from devices seems to take about 30 minutes to trigger - I'd be far away by that time. Would like adjustable timer. Other than that, it works well.

A Google user: No really, this app is garbage. If you're not going to allow different times to work on the thing, why would you give us an option to change the tone? Miscellaneous garbage permissions, super pushy about forcing the permissions in order to get them to work, and you can't stop the beeping from the app. Literally asking for the card to break with how flimsy it is, but not an app problem, that's a design flaw in hardware, and this is a software complaint. Thank God for Costco's return policy.

A Google user: This app would be an asset, BUT the alarm randomly goes off without enabling it! The down volume on the phone doesn't help correct the problem. Which would take care of the noisy element of surprize when it goes off. Or the volume control (which is part of the app itself) doesn't correct the audio problem either! Because of these reasons I stated, I could NOT recommend this app! P.S. If there is an element/factor which I should know, would a customer service representative contact me?

A Google user: So buggy, so slow, half the time it starts playing two notifications with one being hidden and cannot be dismissed, only way to shut it up is to restart the phone. Constant "scanning" notification, whatever the hell that means. Run away, get a Tile. edit: app developer replied saying the constant notification was required by Android. that's funny, Tile doesn't need that.

A Google user: got both Finders registered, and they worked once. But unfortunately they didnt beep again. i tried to get it set up with Google assistant, but it didn't work. specifically, it said it was buzzing the correct Finder, but no noise. i tried through the app, and same problem. sorry guys, its a cool concept for a good price, but its a no go for me. other problems: app is clunky but functional. the notification icpn would NOT turn off or go away and that's annoying!

A Google user: I bought this product for myself and a couple more for possible cristmass gifts. Didn't have problems with app installation on my s7 and pairing. The product looks cool that's the only good thing about it. It doesn't work as it supposed to. Software bugs your phone. It starts ringing for no reason and there is no way to stop it, unless you restart it or uninstall the app. It claims that you can put it on your dog, but it's useless because it's once it out of Bluetooth range it's not working. It doesn't have gps antenna, only shows last location being next to your phone. I'm disappointed, and will return it to the store
