Lisha: Do not buy. The outdoor module oxidated inside (an outdoor module should be robust) changing batteries after cleaning and now it doesn't autoconnect (like i expected) there is no updatelog, only "bug fixes improvement" i have this station since years and it's always a hassle to change batteries

Lucian Tudora: To much time between updates. Can't force trigger an update (refresh) from the app. Widgets need to be manually refreshed because they show old data. Accumulated rain data in the app resets every mindnight instead of showing last 24 hours. There is no way to see the total accumulated rain over the last 24 hours. Customer support is useless, they don't acknowledge these issues saying that it's working as intended. @DevsResponse This review is 4 the android app, not the web app.

Hans Petter Guneriussen: Loved it But now my Netatmo Big Weather Samsung S22+ Android app says the Big module is offline. It is NOT. Checked my Router/Switch and it's connected to my WiFi net. Even more strange-It's available if I use the Web Internet interface. It evens gives alarms but according to my Phone app it doesn't have a WiFi connection. I tried factory Reset (Steady red) and it connected fine to my network according to app (correctly) but then the App says the Big module is not connected to WiFi

Andreas Rindal: Since latest updates I have lost connection with the app. I have to synch station once every other day, but the strange thing is that my third party apps still receive updates. I have not have had any issues for many years, but now it's disconnecting all the time.

Ben Davies: Netamo weather app is going in right direction. Nice new update to add useful information. The station is still so much more useful via their website though. Appreciate the updates! New front page UI looks great and is pretty functional. The main issue is with the graph views. Not the weather but the temp,co2,noise graphs etc. Can we have an update that makes the graphs more functional and require less scrolling. A zoom would be nice eg. per hour/day/week zoom out+more user friendly please.

Mike G: Don't waste your time with this line of products. App UI/UX is rough and unintuitive to navigate, doesn't allow you access to all features of the weather system (considering the system modules are flakey at the best of times work, probably not a surprise) lags with updated weather info, when the modules work well enough to report anything and the help section sends you to incorret links on the company website. Filter for 1 star reviews to get an accurate sense of how bad this product is

Jimmy John: Bought the weather station just after Christmas based on good reviews of the hardware from a year or two ago. First unit was Dead on Arrival, second unit I could never get connected. Connecting via the Android app tells me that it has been set up successfully, but the application always says that the module is not connected to Wi-Fi. The customer support strategy can best be described as they take wild guesses until you get frustrated give up and hang up the phone.

Grégoire Miret: After 2+ years of use my main complain is that the app can be slow to load and show data. For a device without screen and relying only on the app, I think it should be better. Maybe the app could get the data directly from the device if used on the same networked (instead of relying on Netatmo servers). Also no Google home integration is a big miss for me, the options for the graphics could be more advanced (several curves, personalized time range, better resolution...) and a notification if the connection to the device is lost (network / battery / ... issue) would be nice. But despite the above points it's overall a well designed app and good product ! :)

Michael Colburn: For years, the previous versions of this app and the servers that supported it, worked extremely well. In 2020, the servers have been responding with unavailable more than 50% of the time. The app now doesn't remember the correct rotation. The app has to completely refresh it's display every time it's reopened, even if you had it open just one second earlier. Am I surprised? Not really. Companies like this always leave users in the dust

Jon McKinney: So far I'm liking the app and data it provides. The only thing holding it back for me is the graphs don't come up most of the time. Every once in a while, they'll work but for the most part, all I get is a empty graph with a crossed out page on it. The graphs do show up online but there's no mobile view so it's worthless to look at them there unless you're on a desktop.
