Kira M: Overall, good performance. The only issue I have is that once the book is paid (via credit card), it takes a while for the system to load the book. You do not have immediate access. There is no such issue with the web version: you continue reading right away.

Sarah Oveferoye: This is annoying!! Why are the screenshots of this app displaying otherwise? Someone complained about the language in the reviews but I went ahead to install it because of the screenshots of the app that were in English. I mean c'mon!! I can't even guess how to change the language (if there's a way) I tried writing them through the app (by guessing my way to the help centre) but it wasn't able to send repeatedly!! VERY ANNOYING!!!

Bride Maggie: I am seriously annoyed. To think i gave it two stars. If the app is Russian why not indicate?,why wait for us to download it before directing us to booknet. Also i downloaded booknet before but deleted it because it would not let me update my profile and one thing i hate most is a blank profile. Number two is the fact that booknet changed the order of my chapters and to make things worst there was no setting on how to rearrange. I am really fed up with all these writing apps.

A Google user: Any legal documents that need to be read and agreed to should be translated to English, especially since the app is available in the United States. It is in very poor taste to expect users to agree to something written in a foreign language. If I can't read it, I'm not agreeing to it. Uninstalled and do not recommend unless the user agreement and privacy policy (as well as any other documents requiring agreement) are translated to English.

A Google user: This app is awesome. Everyone who is saying that it is in foreign languages just know that app has only one version but have the settings for four different languages. All you need to do is go and set your app in English. Doing that is very easy. The site has the best stories. It is very unlikely that you come across a story here that doesn't grip you from the start.
