Halcyon Outlander: I try the app once a year, but it is just awful. Menus options that would fit the width of the screen need to be scrolled left and right. They should just use slightly smaller font to make it fit. Other areas of the app use font 5 times smaller anyway. Deals page is overly complicated. For U? Promo? BOGO??? Why so many options. Clipped items end up in the Clipped Deals, and the List? The worst is when you add an item, only to waste time searchig even though store doesn't have it

Michael Brady: This app used to be good. Now it's almost a disaster. Sometimes it works. Most times it doesn't. It hardly ever takes my in basket rewards...no matter how many times I clicked on the reward. I recently clicked a reward for a 30 dollar discount when I spend 30 or more. I ended up spending 30 dollars and received zero discount. This app is absolute trash.

dcllp dcllp: Horrible new app. Period. What is most troubling is the repeated replies from the support team offering to help us navigate. Read our lips - we don't want training. Give us the old app back. 12/7/21 update: Still cannot add ad items to list. Where is my points toward reward progress? Deals section not at all intuitive - missed a few really good ones because the dont show up in expected category. Updated app still as difficult to use and frustrating as ever.

Regina H: I wish the main page would stop prompting me for my nearest store location every time I log in. It would also be nice if the rewards box still had that pop-up box to double-check if a user was sure they wanted to clip a deal. My thumb slipped on my phone and I ended up clipping a reward I didn't want. The new design is more visually beautiful, but functionally harder to use.

Tomasz S.: Most unnecessary update EVER !! Previous version of your app was PERFECT in EVERY aspect , this latest update is absolutely terrible, it makes me want to stop use it all together. It's not intuitive, i can't find anything I'm looking for, using your balance points takes couple of minutes to do and then it still doesn't work in a store ! BRING BACK PREVIOUS VERSION AND STOP REINVENTING THE WHEEL !!!!!!!!

Lisa: I never review apps, but just had to with this one. The previous version was simple and easy to use. The new version is absolutely atrocious. So hard to find anything I need. So many clicks to get to one simple category. Takes forever to load. I cannot imagine how anyone late in age is expected to understand how to utilize this app. Im a believer that this new version is designed as such to get ppl to stop using it and just deal with paying more. Im considering no longer shopping here.

kara smith-laubenstein: New app is not user friendly, not intuitive, & not an improvement. I cannot find deals from the weekly ad without scrolling through several screens. My biggest complaint is that they completely changed the way you log-in. There is no longer a password. Now I have to be texted/emailed a code EVERY time I log in. I also shop for my parents & use their account to clip coupons. I used to be able to switch back & forth between accounts, but now I have to call them for the code each time. Ridiculous.

Betty Luc: Old app had it's issues but the new app sucks. It's geared for online ordering. I never use online ordering. Still can't select items in the circular ad. Can't expand all categories in lists. Can't build shopping lists. Overall hard to navigate coupons and deals. I don't think I'll be using the app as much and going to jewel less because of this.

Marcie R.: Why can't we add items directly fr the sales paper by pressing on it or when we tap the pic we could tap add to list in a new window, That's no longer on the app. This app use to work great, it's terrible now. I'm disappointed. I'll have to just get a hard copy sales paper & circle items with a pen or marker like in the pre-app days or hv a paper list. Thanks for the reply. I stopped using the mobile browser becuz the app was better, I didn't like the mobile browser. I'll see ?

A Google user: This app has seriously saved me a lot of money. Studies buying patterns and customizes products for you and coupons as well. Wish every grocery store had an app like this. Takes a long tine to load when I first start it up - i usually exit out and restart and it's fine. In the beginning, though, used to glitch out a lot on both site and app, but they fixed that.
