Roz: This new version is not appealing to me having vision challenges. The black background makes it extremely difficult to view. Not having any setting options to change the background color is very disappointing, as well as the inability to change or personalize my home page. If these setting options are there, please tell me where to find them.

Dwayne White: This app just sucks! It's laggy. It will just crash at random when streaming stuff. It always seems to "lose sync" with your home DVR and complain it wants to be reopened on the same network as the home DVR before streaming content out of the house. You only get a subset of the TV channels your subscription entitles you too when out of the home. You only get a subset of on demand content when out of the home. You cannot cast to a Chromecast, Fire stick nor Roku. Needs a complete overhaul.

A Google user: TRASH. Absolute trash. Too many problems to list them all. 1. App tracks you every 10 seconds even if you're not using it. 2. Makes you sign in 10-15 times/day. 3. Says you're away from home when you're sitting at your kitchen table. So many more problems. You'd think in 10+ years they could eventually create an app that works.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app several times, then restarted my phone, tablet and router multiple times only to get the same error code 9-6-14-302-102. Apparently I'm not the only subscriber with these annoying problems. What is with this lousy app? And whenever I call the 800 number, it always suggests I try troubleshooting through the app - the very app I can't log into! Seriously? SO FRUSTRATING!!!

Amanda Chokov: This is a great appp. Very handy for watching stuff when I can't be near my tv. However, there is one thing I wish could change. I am constantly using the SAP feature, as I am blind and like to listen to audio described content whenever possible. But every time I pick a show, I have to turn this on. I would like to be able to save it so that I don't have to turn it on every single time I want to watch something. Other than that inconvenience, I can't be without this app!

Dennis Osorio: not the best app considering it's Verizon and Verizon is supposed to be one of the best companies. the downloads give error messages if you don't watch them within a couple days of downloading. you try to rewind or go forward on any shows/movies, it jumps ahead or rewinds more than the 10, 15 seconds it has set up. it's annoying to use. once my contract is up I will cancel. not satisfied overall with services and prices are high. I signed up in 2019 and couldn't believe how expensive it is

Devron Thornton: Certain phones (Samsung S7) certain broadcasts error out. In my lithe (Samsung S8) no issues with those same channels. App will log you out at a moments notice. Multiple times it will do this. Watching news or sports then ask if a sudden it wants you to log back in. UPDATE: 8/19/22 My favorites are never first on the list. Can never get to the favorites to stay on the favorite list. I slide through 5-6 channels and it glitches back to the beginning! I have to play a game of slide through quick

A Google user: Besides not working properly half the time, the features of this app seem to be specifically designed to make you watch more TV by having to sift through layers and layers of content to do anything. I can't favorite a channel without having a DVR box or some such nonsense (what does this have to with the app I have no idea and don't care). Ironically, the favoriting of a channel feature popped up recently forcing me to click "got it" only to provide me the message about it not working the moment I tried to use it. This means for someone like me who just wants check the news quick and knows exactly what channel I want to watch, I have to search for the channel every time. The number of clicks to switch from one network to another compounds this lack of basic functionality.
