Christopher Smith: Unable to set my address as it was "not able to be validated by USPS". I went in the USPS website and tried to validate my address, and it went through instantly without any issues. Other people have been struggling with similar issues; the app needs to be fixed, there's a lot wrong with how many errors I got just trying to set up my account.

Aubrey M: Edit: updated, working better Edit: from 5 starts to 2 stars. The app has been not working right for the last 4 days, unable to use because it won't process payment. Also not showing main screen video. Reported it on Tuesday via FB but they said it was back up and running yet today I tried again and it's not working. Disappointing. The app is very easy to use, and things are ready when they say they're going to be for curbside and take out! And crumbl cookies are the best so there you have it!

Shadow M Weatherholt: I'm surprised to say this about a takeout app, but this is the most functional and streamlined app I've downloaded in a while! They tempted me to download it with the secret cookie map, but I havent been sorry. It has just the features I want, and works perfectly every time. Makes it easier to read the menu, order, and schedule pickup or delivery. I'm not deleting it.

Julie Hanneman: Kind of clunky when ordering. If you go back you lose order progress and have to start over. It would be nice to be able to change pick up type later in the process. The "I'm here" button did not work, despite multiple attempts in front of and in store. The staff was great and totally compensated for the app malfunction. Our order was prepared quickly and delivered by a friendly face!

Michelle Yonkers (CHelle1319): Great cookies. Just downloaded the app. So far so good. Update 7/19/21: The app is no longer working on my phone. I order for curbside pickup, get all the way through to the "send order" screen, and the app freezes. My orders are not going through anymore, which means I can't get my rewards points. Hopefully the devs will fix this issue soon, it seems a lot of other reviewers state the same issue.

Kristen Potuznik: This app USED to be great, no problems. An update recently happened and it's made the app useless. I have to request a verification code almost everytime I use the app. The curbside pick up never works. I always get a notice that all the slots are full. I can't change the curbside location, it just kicks me out too the menu. Until they fix all the issues don't bother downloading this app.

Helen Waite: The cookies are addictive and it's always fun when the flavors for the week are posted. So far been happy with everything we've tried. The app is good overall - pretty simple to place an order. It's nice to see previous orders, loyalty points, etc. BUT... now having issue with actual pickup. I place the orders on my phone, but husband picks up close to his work. Never had a problem till today. He texted me to let me know he'd arrived, so I hit "I'm Here!" on the app but it won't let me proceed b/c I'm too far away. It's using location of my phone (since I placed the order). I tried turning off location services, but then it wouldn't work at all. I was going to call the store, but he finally just walked in. Then they didn't have the right order (missing an individual box). I sent him a screen shot of receipt as well as the order and they got it squared. It would be nice to have an option on the app for someone else to pick up order to avoid this in the future. There needs to be a way to alert the staff that the person picking up is there (without using actual location). It would also be a helpful feature to be able to share the receipt to another device in cases like this. Obviously texting a photo was fine, but having it integrated into the app would be more convenient. Obviously having him order from his phone would solve this, but that's not going to happen. I'm sure other people have run into this as well and would appreciate a fix.

Lauren Brown: The app is great for ordering, but it has started to cause issues on my phone. I'm not sure what it is doing, but it managed to use about 2gb of data yesterday and cause my phone to overheat. In the last couple weeks it has used over 4gb of "background data". Check your settings and make sure you turn off the apps ability to use background data. It could have caused us some crazy data charges had my husband and I not figured out what was going on and which app was using a crazy amount of data.

Joannah Cassell: Love the cookies. The app was easy to load the box (like the visuals). But the payment feature was incredibly difficult to use. It took me a whole day of trying repeatedly before it would finally allow me to add a payment method. Even then, the screen is super dark and hard to even see what it's asking for (and the info you enter). That feature needs to be fixed big time or you'll lose money b/c people can't order. Nearly cost them my order, too.

Kim Coston: It's pretty easy to place an order for pick up or delivery. The weekly flavors are displayed with an enticing video that just makes their goodies look sexy. The loyalty program seems to be good and I haven't had any trouble redeeming points. I have not tried to ship anything out of state yet, but the selection for shipping is pretty limited. But that's less of an app issue than the business itself. Receiving gifts on the app was easy too, went straight to my rewards balance, no codes mess.
