Samantha Sherrill: Not good for remote workers. Calls constantly drop, poor connection and several other issues. Even when selecting specific settings, they do now work. Not an ideal app when customer service is extremely important to your company.

Cassie Schumaker: I use this app daily while working remotely. The app is honestly not good. Most of the time people cant hear me, calls drop all the time and the app freezes constantly. I have to force close it at least 5 times an hour because the dial pad wont respond.

jazzy Mac: Does not always allow me to pick up calls. While I am on calls if someone else calls in the person cannot hear me because the new call rings and vibrates into the existing call. I have to work from home and this app is beyond frustrating ? it does not always ring if people call me. And I can't always use it to call someone else.

Corn Zilla: Always drops calls after about 10 minutes. Sometimes can hear but nit talk or vice versa. Voicemail access is garbage. IT guy said to reinstall app to fix problems, but now wont reinstall. All around useless.

Andy Lewien: I turn on do not disturb but the app turns do not disturb back off and the phone rings all the time so I still can't use this 1/2020. When I take a call I often have no audio and calls drop so not reliable enough even when connected to the same ISP a functional desk phone is connected to so does not seem like a bandwidth problem.
