Matthew Nathan: The app is always loading so long and when I want to place any booking is always a hassle. Mobile app team needs to work alot on the load speed of the app. Since it's MCO, we need to use the app to place our bookings and this is becoming a hassle for alot of us who wants to make booking for our classes.

ANISSA ABDULLAH: I cant booking any classes and ask me to upgrade my membership. I have went to front desk and they told me this issue is temporary but its already a week and nothing has changed in this issue. if it still going on, i have to cancel my membership..bad apps service ?

When I was new to the app, I just called my WW branch and they explained it. Gym floor access 45 means access for 45 mins. On another note, I spoke to another gym member this morning and we both agreed that CF does a great job in handling the RMCO situation. Having SOP and additional rules are good. Having sanitisers all around in the gym are highly appreciated.
