Ashley Fripp: Too many glitches - often freezes, is unable to retrieve data, suffers authentication errors etc. Much like the rest of BA's IT systems, this app is heavily flawed, unfortunately.

Gail Zittel: The app is ok. It does everything it needs to do. But I would really like it too show me more information about when boarding is scheduled to begin. Not just the departure time of the flight.

Graham Laird: Handy App for checking in and showing your boarding pass. You can book flights on it as well. would be helpful if it automatically boosted screen brightness when you click to show boarding pass so the scanners can read the QR code

Ross Cooper-Smith: Utter garbage app. Awful and confusing interface to navigate, very hard to find how to manage more than one flight. Finding how to request gluten free meals is an exercise in patience, and then today while trying to check in online it loses my passport details requiring me to add them all over again. And the icing on the cake was finding the feedback feature in the app is utterly broken too, pressing continue just launches you into an external app...

Stephen Batchelor: Genuinely one of the worst apps I've ever used! Trapped in continuous loops, not getting the information or section I need, only showing one of two booked flights, not saving entered data, etc, etc. Seriously appalling app. I mean, really, really bad.

Marc Fresko: Generally works ok, with only an occasional glitch. BUT there's a silly issue which causes annoyance: when BA cancels a flight and re-assigns you to another flight, the cancelled flight still shows up. For example BA2622 on 15 Sep 2022 was cancelled. I have three flights showing on that reservation now, BA2622, the replacement, and the return - even though 2622 was cancelled several months ago.

János Laskai: Terrible experience. Tried to change the seat during check-in, not getting to the payment section, just throwing me back to the home screen. Tried multiple times, got angry. Also annoying multiple ref code typing, broken links everywhere. I wasn't able to send "App Feedback" because that's broken too. Shame. Nightmare UX, bad UI. The worst app of the decade.

Andy Walker: The app fails to execute the adding of covid certificate form section. Tried 6 times- says page unavailable check Internet connection and try again later. Went to a desktop computer accessed account online and it worked straight away. Other stuff worked, but then it used to on the old app. Fix it developers or else we won't use it. Very annoying.
