I use Serbian language in the app, and sometimes some foreign city names or streets are written in cyrilic script with some characters that are not even part of Serbian cyrilic. This makes it hard to understand where is the starting point or address. Would be really great if you would consider fixing this or improving your localization system. Thanks!

Edita Gaica: Awful experience, app is not working correctly, I have lost a ride and my driver has lost a traveler because of the app. I could not contact my driver because of some error in the app. And when I wanted to contact client service there are instant msg from computer that does not understand anything. I do not recommend this app to anyone, I will erase it and never use it again... ???????????????????????????????

Chinni Krishna: It's very good and useful app. But sometimes some people not responding properly at the time of pickup suddenly not responding calls, they switched off their mobile like that and one more thing I will suggest. all prices got increased like transportation buses, fuel, tollgate etc. based on that increase ride limit also atleast 20% that helpful for fuel and tollgate charges of car owner

sudhakar bc: Usin this App for an year and offered 70+ rides. Many of them became friends and they stared traveling with me regularly.. Only one option to be added under "cancellation" segment. If the booked passenger is not attending the call then we should have an option to select passenger not interested / passenger not cooperating. All the options currently available is related to the owner of the vehicle / to the vehicle / related to co passenger. Please add the option.. "passenger not interested"

Clear and easy for all ages and safe for those who mistrust as there is clear information about drivers and other users. Surjit Dhillon: This app is good interm of getting connected to on the way traveller's. But a lot needs to improve in term of applications. Like dont have any option for online payments, all of sudden language changed of app and some coding appear on screen.
