So many services can't be done through the app and require you to go to the bank like it is the 1980s. Not only that the app hasn't improved in the past year and are still unnecessarily complicated, many services have been downgraded or limited. The bank still doesn't fully support e-commerce and two-way money transfer through PayPal.

Tamara Irshaid: I like the app alot, I just have one issue that I think is critical. At times I cannot log into the app and even though I kill it and enter again multiple times I no longer find the fingerprint space. I have to wait a while before it works again which can be a problem if I needed to make transactions urgently at the time

When contacting customer service, they said it was going to be fixed soon in the next update but it has not. As a temp solution, they suggested I remove emoji programs, which is weired, but I tried and it still does not work. It is a shame to have such problems with such a big and promising bank that has ( had) one of the best mobile banking apps I have ever seen.
