Kenny Marshall: I don't like giving 1 star, because if you have an app., your not a failure. That being said, I cannot log on. It was working and now it say, no internet. I also uninstall and re installed. Still no go. I have a bunch of switches and a couple of outside timers. Not that it matters, I can't log on.

Barry McIntyre: Was a great product, and app...recent "update" to the Android app continually asks me if I want to " add a devise" that I HAVE TO HIT "SKIP" JUST TO TURN A LIGHT ON!!!! AS I said...WAS a great product....now I need to replace my 15 Bluetooth enabled "switches"...with another product...sad...Avion was a great product... I have NO added additional devices, just the 15 that we've had for awhile.. .NONE are GE... NEVER HAD THIS MESSAGE BEFORE and the nearest neighbor is a 1/4 mile away...

Corey Strom: When i first bought it, it worked, after 1 hour of setup time AFTER Hardware INSTALL. Issues with bluetooth some time later. Turn off both, turn on both. Uninstall, reinstall, all the stuff they listed I tried, it doesnt work. Buy something else, the amount of bad reviews should tell you BUY A DIFFERENT BRAND.

el ghost: Updates are a hassle when it comes time for it. Also as my experience has been great with it but, just that problem with it now I have to do everything manually, since the device has not updated due to it not pairing as fallowed by instructions to do so .hope for a better system later on .thanks

marc hessel: Was perfect Since update all 5 units do not show up anymore, reset cache, uninstalled reinstalled, searched found all, but they still do not come up on main page where they are all listed for me too choose, all i get are the 5 rectangle boxes blank with spinning circle on the left of each box.. Disappointing was working great, now completely useless... Why fix something thats not broken?

The app does not open unless connected to device, which ain't happening. Is there another way beside what's mentioned on your website?

Debbie Douglas: I do not like this app at all. The switch is outside and the app will not connect to it from inside the house, so I have to be outside standing next to the plug before I can turn the lights on manually or add a new schedule. On the list of why the app might not be connecting, no where does it say you need to be in very close proximitity to plug.

A Google user: I agree with the other 322 one star reviews. Product does not work. I had the account set up and tried the firmware update and it did not finish. The app could not confirm the update was finished. Now I can not even log into my account it just says error getting account info. I have reset my password multiple times and reinstalled the app multille times. I am done spending any more time with this. Very frustrating!

A Google user: I have spent countless hours trying to work with this app. Not only does it not work correctly, there is no one to help resolve the issue. I have gone on the support website and submitted 3 requests for help and I just keep getting the same generic email back the minute I try to submit a request. I've tried everything and this is still not resolved. Very unhappy. Please don't say it's because I have to update it. I would love to. I can't even get to a screen that lets me update it.
