Lucia De Cesero: The app is very slow and takes long to open the pictures. It is not easy to download them, sometimes is just an empty file.. Keeps saying that I have unread news, messages or pictures even though I have open everything.

Ugn? Ragauskait?: The app is running smoothly but the UX design is completely ignored. The whole interface is really messy and not intuitive. Did you even do usability testing on actual parents before releasing this app to the public? This feels more like an MVP version rather than a fully functioning application.

DK Acc: Pretty awful. It's surprising how an app that is to be used by so many people can be so poorly designed: - Notification and markers of unread messages are unreliable - The app is unintuitive/hard to navigate - It doesn't support easy copy-paste so the content is silo'ed. Overall, pretty embarrassing that this is what parents have to deal with.

Chris Sharasuvana: Looks good, but not very intuitive to use. Feels like you are spending more time searching for features than using them. For a tiny app like this, one should NOT need to consult the manual for basic stuff. Horizontal sliding menus is a bad idea.

apollonas apollonas: How can this be a new app from one of the Danish largest IT company? I thought it was made by students. It is slow reacting on various WIFIs whereever I go and even on 4G networks. Navigation is as bad as it looks. The old app in several ways with limited functionally is a lot better and at least that worked.

A Google user: A lot of potential but still immature. Informations are sparse everywhere and it's difficult to find what you are looking for. Some filters are not working (I have 2 kids but I cannot split the 2 information flows). Far from being usable but in the medium term could become a good tool.

A Google user: Hard to find what you are looking for. Hard to send mails and find recipients. Absurdly none-intuitive message system. Does not work like best practice mail clients and does not work like best practice message apps. Hard to find homework for parents. Hard to see absence for parents. Wondering why Netcompany is getting away with such a miserable replacement project without being constantly in the news.

A Google user: I know that this is Denmark, but the previous system had (ParentIntra) had a version in English, so this is not inclusive... I can't go further from the subscription because I don't understand the questions from one of my son's, ... And it is only displaying one when I have 2 more in on the institutions inside the same kommune.
