Maymay Kitten: This app is alright. However I'd like the option to add lotto tickets to a cart and checkout all at once like you can do on the website... As well as the ability to print them off. A feature request though would be if you could save a set of custom numbers as a "last used" or "favorite" so you don't have to manually input them each time.

David Hollohan: *edit: the scanner is now really good. Even better than the first version (low light and moving works) I haven't tested my other issues* The scanner is really bad compared to the last app. Guess they didnt want to pay for good scanning software on their *checks notes* ticket scanning app... Requires location services to be active despite the prompt offering "No Thanks!" option If location services are not turned on the app will forget your login information and will disable biometric log in

scotty boyd: You have to log in 2 or 3 times to scan tickets. Log in again for second chance. Then can not scan your tickets sometimes. The old one worked better. I would like it to go back to the ball drop instead of the computer picking the numbers also. I have been picking the same numbers for 40 years t From the ball drop then they changed it to the computer picking the numbers with some fake video of a ball drop. That's my rant for today.

Jacqueline Isles: Leaving 2 stars because I've apparently been a lucky one and able to scan tickets and deposit successfully. But I turned off ALL notifications yet I'm still getting bombarded with them! I was away from my phone for an hour and came back to half a dozen notifications reminding me about the daily grand, etc! I'm sorry, but this is unacceptable.

Kyle Ford: Previous version of the app, ticket checker used to work perfect for scanning tickets and adding points to 2nd chance. New version of app is useless. Its a 10 minute ordeal to try and find the right lighting and background combination to scan a ticket. The ticket checker function doesn't even try to focus and is always blurry. They took a good working app and made it useless.

Denis LeBlanc: This used to be a great app. Fast and accurate. Since the last update it is unusable. Takes forever to work and most of the time says it can't scan. Will uninstall and try again some other time to see if they fixed it. I suspect that the app is collecting data from the phone and that's why its so slow.

Aynsley Richard: This app is OK. However; the scanner on it doesn't work the greatest. You have to put it at so many different angles before it will pick up the bar code. One thing I really like about this app, is when you scan your tickets it automatically enters them into second chance (you must be logged in), and you do not have to key in all the numbers from the tickets (which was a pain in the butt, so I never entered them into second chance).

Craig Fowler: No option for 0 stars!!! How do you release an update that fails to work when the previous version worked like a charm. Ask the ALC, they done this before and bow it has happened again. Will they ever learn. As mentioned by others the scanning feature sucks on this version. Some claim it does not work at all. However, I have been able to scan a ticket a few times just not consistently. It appears to be unable to focus on the ticket bar code. ALC let us revert to the old version that worked!!!!!

darlene kenney: The scanner does not work, it is taking forever to scan one ticket, I have been at it for 10 minutes and nothing is happening! Not happy!!! Day 2, have uninstalled app and re-installed app three times, was able to scan 6 tickets then it didn't work again. The old saying, if it's not broken, don't fix it. Should have left it alone or worked out the kinks before you launched it. Still not happy!! Just did update you sent me and got only two tickets scanned, tried to scan four more, NOTHING!
