Don Kelloway: Using A2 Standard with Nokia 7.2 running Android 10 with a Nikon D5300; app consistently crashes if option to save any photos to phone is enabled. Attempting share photos from the app fails. Focus Stacking feature produces a final image that contains "splotching". IMO the original Arsenal and app is superior to the A2. The A2 and app does not appear ready for release. Provided information to Arsenal support, still waiting for resolution.

phillip culley: Canon eso rp / note 20 ultra: at first I couldn't get the Arsenal 2 pro to focus when taping on the phone screen but after talking to support I was instructed on what settings I needed to change in order to get it to function correctly. All seems to work as it's supposed to, although I haven't had a chance to try all the features and all the features are not available yet so 4 star. Once all features are available and I can confirm that they work then I might change my rating to 5 stars.

Tim Brotzge: Update, this app is not stable. It crashes repeatedly on my moto one 5g ace. But, if you have another phone, try it on another platform. My old Samsung S7 seems to be working much better. Like most of you who are trying to get an Arsenal 2 to work, I was very frustrated with this product and app. The Arsenal 2 seems to have some great features but it is really handicapped by this poor app. Suggestions, instal an SD card into Arsenal 2 to capture your pics, power your Arsenal 2 external battery.

Jeremy Rolan: Just downloaded a new update and it continues to crash within a second of connecting. I was able to get a little use out of it the night prior, but the star focus didn't work at all which I was most looking forward to. I was also never able to share my photos from my phone so the deep color function was useless.

Jason D. Rogers: Even after a firmware update and an app update today, the app continues to stop suddenly and close itself down after being open for about half a second. Hopefully the new updates did something for the camera/app connection issues I was experiencing before, so that its not just some kind of fluke that the camera now manages to connect to the app before the app crashes.

Michael Oestreich: Update: Customer service worked through some troubleshooting issues and if you want the app to not crash, make sure your exposure compensation I'd set to 0. Otherwise you'll be in crash galore. Other than that, functions do work easily. I'll be testing some functions through creative means to see how well this works.

Misha Slavin: I bought an arsenal 2 pro with a phone mount and followed the instructions for how to install everything and mount my arsenal + phone to my camera. However, it is unusable because the Android application inexplicably does not support landscape mode, which means I have to rotate my head 90 degrees every time I want to use it as designed. That is after having to find out for myself that it will just fail to work altogether if you have a manual focus lens on your camera. What a total disaster.

Misty Thornton: Installed the app in anticipation of my Arsenal 2 arrival after almost a year of waiting but it won't work. The app starts with a screen that says I need to give it wifi and bluetooth permissions, but I cannot scroll down to grant access. I went into my app settings and added the permissions manual, but it hasn't fixed the first screen and I can't access anything else on the app. All this after waiting almost a YEAR for my arsenal which still hasn't even shipped!

Jason Heutmaker: Sony A7C: Application crashes when attempting to connect to Arsenal 2 Pro and when selecting while it recognizes Arsenal it says "no camera" so it also appears it doesn't recognize it. Followed USB connections for A7C. Sadly disappointed considering how much time the team had to tweak software and find bugs.... Currently the app isn't worth the storage. Hopefully an update fixed it soon.

Dennis Roberts: Updated Review: I installed this app as soon as it hit the marketplace and had issues where it kept crashing. However the team was so helpful on getting my issue resolved with an update to the app. The app connects easily to my camera and is easy to use. Still in the process of figuring a few things out and will have to update my review on the app after more testing.
