Jason Wynn: Don't even bother. You go to upload your ID and it gets refused as "not readable" yet it's perfectly clear. Need to improve the AI or get eyes tested one of the two. The best laugh is when you go to email them it won't even open up. Going elsewhere as these are a laughing stock.

Clear instructions, simple to use and very user friendly for my accountant to link to. Far better than my high street business accounts. Only additional features I would love is ability to pay cash in. Pots to save for tax and overdraft or loan facility. I would get rid of my other accounts if this was available.

james roberts: The invoice drafts were great to start with and edit customers details also I love the use simular invoice feature.. saves typing it all out again and ...it remembers the invoice numbers :) I love it also happy to pay 4.90 a month as I'll be over the 500 limit for free invoices very soon still a bargain :) one small thing ... it doesn't link my bank .... metro bank but mabye soon :)

Tim Gauntlett: Absolute Nonsense. Looks good at first, but they had some internal politics and had to change card suppliers. This ended up meaning I had to have a second account with them - one for card payments and another for direct debits. No idea which one the money goes into. Then they started missing my direct debits. Very annoying. I gave them a few chances and wasted too much time. Try Tide or something.

None None: New card ordering is fast and easy! Easy to use and easy to send invoice. Very nice app / bank and would highly recommend. The invoice reminder function is perfect for helping you keep track of which have been paid and which have not. Love this app

Chris Clayton: I couldn't believe how simple it was to open a business account! Gave my name and address and the system found my registered business. Simple! This experience was especially satisfying as I had just gone through a frustrating application process for a Starling Business account - where they could not verify me details despite sending numerous documents to them. Anna is truly amazing, if the sign-up process is anything to go by.

A Google user: Quick to open business account centred around a pre paid debit Mastercard. ID checks all done via app so account up and running within moments. No visiting branches. No posting documents. If further security checks are required (as they are by financial regulations) again done via app. Almost the perfect account for our business.

A Google user: EDITED: OK, so I originally believed I wouldn't be accepted as the application told me I needed a passport or driving licence to proceed. I don't have either (never needed them) and had already submitted my alternative photo ID. After waiting a little while after they said they'd look into it, I've now been given a sort code and account number so I guess I've been accepted. I'll b a bit more confident once I've received a card and have used the account for a few weeks without trouble, but right now, I'm very happy with how quick they sorted me out as an exception to their rules. Their communication is excellent, at a time where most organisations seem to prioritise everything but communication. Hopefully, Anna will play a big part in my new venture.
