Luis Vazquez: I think I had given 5 stars on this platform a while ago but now I wouldn't give any. It doesn't let me enter, my account appears as blocked, also it does not let me buy more crypto for a long time. It really doesn't work. I wrote to customer service and they still haven't replied.

Jared M: I've been using anchor for over a year. It is an okay app to buy, sell and trade cryptocurrency. They do have a lot of different cryptocurrencies. However, you'll find that they don't give you a 1099 for tax purposes. Also, they have absolutely atrocious customer service. If you run into any issues you're basically stuck like. Chuck upper River with no paddle. You can find better customer service on other crypto platforms that give you the exact same thing. I do not recommend using Anchor.

Danny Villeda: Wish i could rate this app a 0 because they only seem to be scamming people. It's been almost exactly a year and still have not heard back after continually trying to email and reach someone to help with my crypto going missing. They will keep giving you the run around and or stop responding. Do not use this app. They will scam you.

Ben Borowiak: I have waited to be verified for a month now. You can not use the app without it. I have now contacted them 3 individual times with nothing more than an automated response. Overall, this app and the support are complete garbage

Clever Mystery Studios: Started out great! But then after I logged out to switch phones . I can no longer change my password to get back into my account. Support is slow (haven't had one response from them) and unresponsive.

EDS: They've been holding everyone's money, don't use this app! I didn't want to believe the scam reports but it's true, they've currently got me for my money... I try to send funds to a different wallet and Anchor app will say it's sending coins but they never arrive... But yet the $$ is taken out of my Anchor portfolio.. sitting in Anchor netherworld somewhere for them to steal.

Javier Dominguez: Two updates ago the app would crash immediately on launch. I resolved this on my own without support. I have tried to transfer XLM holdings off this app and it's "stuck processing" for no good reason. Support is not helping. They have a F rating with Better Business Bureau. Their Twitter if full of unhappy customers. STAY AWAY or risk losing money and crypto holdings.

Garry Riggs: NEVER USE THIS!! YOUVE BEEN WARNED it's great when you want to put money in. However getting your money out is an absolute nightmare. I've been jumping through their hoops for almost 2 weeks and they still will not allow a withdrawal. Then tell you to do it a different way that charges fees by them so can rip you off even more. STAY AWAY FROM THIS!! THERES BETTER OPTIONS USE THOSE!!

- Scott -: After applying to multiple crypto platforms and taking weeks to verify. I finally came across AnchorUSD and I was instantly trading within minutes. Also, the APY is amazing! It is very easy to use, though the only complaint is that the graphs and info are very basic.. this is more of an app for long-term holds.

Thomas Hood: The UI is actually very nice. Very basic stock info, all you need, nothing more. Easy to setup and get started. You can start trading same day almost. However, no support after over a dozen emails sent. Cannot withdraw money back to bank, and mist wait 7 days after sales to be able to do anything with it. So long positions only. Great crypto options. This could be my main app, but I'm going to look elsewhere. Sorry guys, had a chance, no response to my emails? No more money from me.
