Mircea R.: For almost one year I've tried this app to make it work with my TWO AEG appliances, no chance, it's a POS...if legally followed this can definitely go as "false advertising" !!! Should have went with samsung or miele...

Miroslav Hurban: It needs improvement as Start does not show, but it is usefull to setup a program directly from your phone as not all combinations are not so clear on menu of device.

St. Dietrich: Lots of bugs. One of the main bug is applience drops a connection and app need to be restarted to connect back. Very disapointing

Mirek Ther: No reason to use. Notification only if app is opened. Devices are offline if not running. App knows your model but to check user manual you have to search it by manually entered model number. App remind you to do some maintenance, but cannot explain how. It is necessary to search again the manual and find model number. Really not smart.

Marek Orszagh: Worst app ever. Everytime I want to use it, I need to unistall it and then install again And now even doing app maintanence for few hours in the middle of the day - app pushed my to pour cleaning liquid in wash machine and I can't start cleaning and have to wait for maintanence to finish ?

Rakan El-Awwad: The idea is good, the app is just really really buggy, customizing programs seems to not always work, changing amount of auto dosage is impossible to change.

Bram Faas: Its a disaster to connect to a washer. I entered the correct passphrase for my WiFi (copy & paste) but nothing happens on the washer. So made a less secure WiFi SSID with simple passphrase (only numbers) and did exactly the same and suddenly i saw the washer connect to wifi within seconds. As i now knew what to to do i retried my secure WiFi but still no response from the washer. My passphrase of my secure WiFi is in compliance with the WiFi standard 802.11i. So to use the app i need a less secure WiFi passphrase or use mac filtering. Just because AEG can't implement a standard that's around since 2004. To complete the registration i have to be on the same network as the device so if you have separate networks for 2.4 or 5 Ghz WiFi it also makes problems. If i later want to change my WiFi on my washer the system treats this as a complete new registration. Personally I'm asking myself why this is not implemented properly by AEG.

Jonathan Morris: An embarrassment to AEG. Referenced in the front of the machine but machine has to have wireless to connect with the App. My AEG machine does not have wireless. What is the point of suggesting I download the app?? Pointless waste of time.

Nick: Disappointed. I work IT and I can't get it to work. Wonky SAP integration, crashing app, 'Something went wrong'. This app does not have a happy flow, so if you can't get it to work, it isn't your fault. Dear AEG/devs, please consider just removing this app. I have a brand new washer and this App ruined my customer journey.
