???????? ?????????: please fix bug asap. after 22/11/2022, I could not request for international vaccinnarion certificate. once I was on its register screen and already hit on a required input field, keyboard could not popup to key fill in any input fileds such as first name / last name or passport no for certification request.

AORKUNG: Covid-19 Passport can't issue by the app. The app not allow to chose photo and fill in personal and passport information. Must fix it.

Prem Saggurthi: Very poor response rate, sometimes it doesn't open. I wish there was a built in feature for translations and a feature for updating booster shots.

Bob Magee: It's worked fine for me so far. I was vaccinated at Phayathai 2 and used the 13 digit number to register. It worked perfectly. I got my booster and it was updated in two days. My only issue is that there are three mistakes on my information, soon to be four, and need to get at least two of those corrected at some point but have no idea how to do that.

I made sure they had my phone number correct and I enter the ID number they give me (I am a foreigner) but now after 30 days I still cannot create account. I can scan the Q-code and everything comes up correct but does not acknowledge me on the app.

Dan: Waste of time. Doesn't work. I even went to the place where I got my vaccine, and the guy who works there didn't know what is the issue with the app and how to set it up. Jim Rivth: I'm a foreigner. I don't have a Thai I.D. card number, naturally, but I was given a 13 digit "I.D." for the vaccination (starting with "6000000". However even with the Oct. 20 update I still CANNOT create an account with this APP. Error msg says my I.D. is in the system, but my tel. no. (for OTP) is not. I already went to the hospital. They showed me the computer screen/database -- my tel. no. is in already the system, but I still can't create an account. I just want to inform you of this bug

Gina: Since morning, still can't make an appointment at all. There is the pop up showing that system was unsuccessfully processed even we meet the condition. Quite dissapointed seeing the available slot was reduced and we could not catch one of it. :(
