Arnav Mukherjee: I don't feel the need to give a reason why this is bad, the staff is great but everything else is terrible. Please don't use this application not at all recommended. You can see other reviews and figure out why this place is not going to work for you but just in short the wifi is terrible, there is no food service? As per their listing there is supposed to be??? Disgustingly small and dirty rooms nothing like the pictures also unmaintained. Also their customer care number is invalid xD

Shaheem TP: Although the rooms and services are good, it's expensive beyond limits and includes a lot of hidden charges. I have to pay Rs.8550 just to vacate my room right now. The food is fine, you just have to pay 3k extra. 1k booking charge. A lot of other hidden/unadvertised fees. Unaffordable for normal people.

Swastik: The exit experience is worst ,they have cut almost all the deposit fees even though they had already charged extra for room rent. There has not been given any clarification whatsoever and i want to know on what basis are you people deducting the advanced money.

Deepika Gupta: Ask these this before you move in: 1. so many hidden charges 1500 when you choose the property, 500 more for agreement signing, 200 extra on each transaction, 2300 exit charge 2. every month's electricity bill is miscalculated, i shared pictures of meter as well but no refund 3. The amount of 1950+18% GST that they deduct from the security deposit is absurd 4. Customer support is just pointless, they just know how to beat around the bush 5. Don't expect any compensation for your inconvenience

pranjal choudhary: It has been more than 2 months but I still haven't received my Deposit amount even though all my bank details are mapped correctly (As all the initial amount was paid via that account). Now, when there is a refund to be made, they are blaming it on the bank details. The response from Customer care is below satisfactory. Guys be aware!!

Lovnish Kumar: Worst experience ever !! I had booked (800 + gst) zolo kites on emergency basis by just looking at the pics uploaded on the app. Also had requested to share the street view of the proper which was never shared. I stayed on this property for a night which is on a very dirty/congested/mosquito infested place & left of in the morning. In the refund, it says zero vs 944 paid for booking. Flase Information shared on Zolo app should not cost me the whole booking amount.

sudarshan Jadhav: The worst pg ever in my life. These people will just keep on extracting money from you, by one or any other reason. The app will automatically show the pending amount and if we don't pay it will keep on multiplying the amount as the days pass. In the end they won't refund your deposit untill this isn't settled. And if you stay two people in a room, suppose the current bill comes 200 they charge each person 200, they won't divide the amount into two persons. Never ever stay at ZOLO properties.

Charlotte Treesa George: I booked a room in Bangalore, but when I went there, it was closed from outside. They gave me details of closed property when I booked via app. And I called , no one attended the call. Later I raised complaint,they started telling some policies and all. Whatever I left without stay, I didn't booked hotel since I booked a room here in Zolo. I didn't like the attitude of the executives. I do not recommend Zolo. Note to Zolo : Provide an option to delete profile in the app.

Debakanta satapathy: Water problems everyday. Most often either hot or cold water and somedays water won't be available. They charge wifi extra if you use more. In Hyderabad zolo provides high speed internet of 10Mbps(just LOL). Way too costly compared to their services . Can easily find better pgs. There are only 2 good things here - power backup and fingerprint security to enter the building. They charge extra momey for internet and wifi. Just avoid this pg!!
