Yoze Zebe: An app developed by sociopaths. As a tourist it's likely that you make a mistake during the booking process, since it has happened a lot that the app doesn't work properly. Additionally you book immediately after giving you credit information, without having an overview to double check on what you have booked. The costumer support wasn't available after many calls. I despise this kind of customer rip off. The company does a lot in contributing to the extinction of humanity and hospitality.

James Demastus: The app is very well designed but there is a flaw. There is no way to contact customer support for issues of rail travel. I traveled on a day of a national rail strike (I had no way to know this) and needed to contact VY for help rerouting and refunding after the passengers were booted off the train in the middle of nowhere. The contact information is only for VY buses. After waiting 20 minutes on the phone, the customer service rep told me I could not be helped by the phone number the app.

Joachim Ilsaas: Be aware, the app sometimes doesn't show the best route. I've experienced that it shows a slower bus route when searching from a train station to another train station. Luckily it is possible to filter searches by transport mode.

Tommy bråthen: Extremely slow, takes at least 30 seconds to react after switching to the app. It's also very clunky UI and says payment failed when payment went through just fine making me pay twice for the same ticket. Not sure why they couldn't just use the old NSB app with a new logo, that worked at least.

Sunzki: 16th November I'm asked if I want to try the new "improved" version of the app, I press no and it still gave me the new version. For some reason they added a loading screen that has to load an entire gif before letting you into the app. Takes 10 seconds to open the damn app now, used to take two. Edit: app will no longer open.

Abraham Dalslíð: Worst transport app I have ever used. Its easier to find departure and arrival at google maps, and at the moment I can't buy single tickets for some reason, only zone tickets and there isn't even an explanation to what a zone ticke is...

A Google user: Awful scam of an app. If you buy a ticket and there is a cancellation you'll be lucky to get anything back. Stick with your normal ticket machines, at least you can be refunded when there are problems in your travel. As we are in "crisis" with the virus travel issues may pop up, so if you want to be compensated or like me just naturally expect a full refund when your train doesn't get where it's ment to go then AVOID this app.

A Google user: Basic functionality is OK when it works. But: - You can't search by arrival time, only departure time. - Having to scroll through a 'number wheel' for day of month is annoying. Much more cumbersome than writing or clicking in a whole month overview.

A Google user: Very disappointing. The tickets I can see clearly on my account on the NSB.no website are not visible in the app and can't be added with pickup code. First of all - why would you design an app where you need to add tickets manually, when you are already logged in to your account - the same account you use on the website which shows the tickets? Secondly, why does the app not accept the pick up codes shown in my receipt online. App about to be removed from my phone. NSB, you need to do better!
