1. Ví Vimass có 3 loại: ví cá nhân = số điện thoại; ví doanh nghiệp = D + mã doanh nghiệp; ví dạng thẻ đa năng NFC = V + số thẻ.
2. Chuyển tiền từ ví: (a) đẠn ví Vimass (ĐT/DN/ thẻ đa năng) (b) đẠn tài khoản/ thẻ ATM (của 86 ngân hàng tại VN, 1 phút báo có với 37 NH VN, còn lại sau 1 buổi) (c) đẠn điện thoại: nghĩa là đẠn nơi nhận ẩn sau số điện thoại, nơi nhận là tài khoản, thẻ hoặc ví điện tử. NẠu chưa đăng ký nơi nhận, Vimass sẽ hướng dẫn người nhận mở ví, quá 48 giờ không mở ví, tiền sẽ về người chuyển (d) đẠn ATM: 2.156 ATM Sacombank, Techcombank để rút tiền (e) đẠn CMND: để nhận tại 10.000 điểm giao dịch của các ngân hàng (f) Nạp/ Rút/ Mượn tiền (g) Liên kẠt với TK/ thẻ (h) Sao kê (i) Thông tin ví (j) 6 số Token và hạn mức
3. Thanh toán: (a) bằng thẻ/ví/chuyển khoản cho Y tẠ, Giáo dục, Dịch vụ công (b) bằng ví cho: Điện thoại; Nạp tiền điện tử; Mua mã thẻ; Vé xem phim; Vé máy bay; Vé tàu; Vé xe; Bảo hiểm; Học phí; Chứng khoán.

Xác thực giao dịch bằng: (a) 6 số Token, Vân tay, Nhân diện: sau khi đăng ký mật khẩu Đăng nhập hoặc mật khẩu Token, Vân tay/Nhận diện sẽ thay thẠ các mật khẩu này (b) ThiẠt bị ký số: ứng dụng tự phát hiện thiẠt bị ký số như USB Token, microSDHC, thẻ PKI để ký số giao dịch tài chính, văn bản điện tử, hóa đơn
11. Hạn mức giao dịch: (a) Sử dụng Token, Vân tay, Nhận diện mặt để giao dịch: tối đa 500 triệu/lần và 1,5 tỷ/ngày. (b) Sử dụng chữ ký số: không hạn chẠ số tiền và số lần giao dịch trong ngày (c) Sử dụng thẻ đa năng trên hạn mức phải nhập mật khẩu thẻ
12. Sổ tay: chi tiẠt các giao dịch thành công được tự động lưu vào Sổ tay để sử dụng lần sau
13. KhiẠu nại: khi bị trừ tiền nhưng giao dịch không được thực hiện, nhấp nút khiẠu nại trong chi tiẠt sao kê để chuyển đẠn Vimass.
14. Thay đổi thông tin: việc định danh ví điện tử theo quy định của NHNN phải có ảnh CMND, tài khoản tại ngân hàng.
15. Phí giao dịch (không áp dụng với hợp đồng thu chi hộ cho đơn vị):
a) Ứng dụng Ví Vimass được tải miễn phí, miễn phí sử dụng và không yêu cầu số dư trên tài khoản.
b) Phí chuyển tiền đẠn Ví Vimass :
– Từ 1 đồng đẠn 1 triệu đồng: 330 đồng/ lần (gồm 10% VAT)
– Từ 1 triệu đẠn 20 triệu đồng: 1.100 đ/ lần (gồm 10% VAT)
– Trên 20 triệu đồng: 2.200 đ/ lần (gồm 10% VAT)
c) Phí chuyển tiền đẠn tài khoản, thẻ, ví điện tử khác:
– Từ 1 đồng đẠn 50 triệu đồng: 3.300 đồng/ lần (gồm 10% VAT)
– Trên 50 triệu đồng = 3.300 đồng x (1+ [Số tiền/50 triệu]).
d) Phí thanh toán QR:
– Bên thanh toán: trả 1 trong 3 mức 330 đ, 1.100 đ hoặc 2.200 đ như chuyển tiền đẠn Ví Vimass.
– Merchants sử dụng Vimass QR: trả cho Vimass 0,11% nẠu nhận thanh toán từ Ví Vimass; hoặc trả 0,22% nẠu nhận thanh toán từ m-banking hoặc ví điện tử khác.
e) Phí sử dụng thẻ đa năng: (i) trong bệnh viện, trường học, giao thông công cộng là 0,11% (ii) tại các merchants khác là 0,22%.
