Stephen Josey: Didn't track orders and never received cashback. I contacted their support and provided actual links showing the order and they said this wasn't good enough and continued asking for more information. This is after waiting a week to see if it would show and then waiting another week before their support responded. Rakuten is better and less hassle, don't waste your time.

J.B. Jones: Been using this app for about 1 year, but I'm beginning to think this is all a scam. Been waiting on some money to reach payable for 16 weeks, when it was supposed to be payable by 11 weeks. In this day and age for someone to have to wait 4 months to get $22 back seems pretty ridiculous. When I asked customer service about it they take days to get back to me and they basically are no help at all. They just blame it on the retailers and say they have no idea when it will be payable. SCAM ALERT!

Adam Jakowenko: App is OK, very basic but works most of the time (occasionally it crashes). You can't "favorite" merchants and/or be notified when their Cashback amount increases. You also can't sort by Cashback amount. You can do both of these things in competitor apps. And there is no indication of which merchants allow/disallow certain types of Cashback rewards...for example some merchants don't allow their Cashback to be used for Amazon gift cards, but you won't find this out until trying to cash in.

Alicia Lici: The app tracks online purchases. I always login before making a purchase to make things easier for tracking cashback. Never have any issues with the payout. There are a lot of participating retailers. It is clearly marked how long cashback will be payable when logged in, which can be weeks. Be patient. Customer service is very responsive. The only minor thing is not being able to get cashback for in-store purchases. I have seen that option with other cashback apps. Would like to give it a 4.5.

Sandy Kocken: Nice concept to shop online and receive a percentage back. App is easy to use, but very slow to receive the cashback in your account and sometimes it doesn't show up at all. I did contact Topcashback and they helped me with one transaction to receive the cashback that never showed in my account.

LD: This app is either a scam or just terrible. They do not honor what they advertise. I've had $6 pending for nearly 3 months. Support is unhelpful and says wait. Wait for what? They have the order number and promo offer. Honor it. Competing apps provide credit instantly. This app is junk Oh and before support responds by saying to follow the recommendation for use. I have followed it, top cash does not uphold their end.

Ana Portillo: DO NOT USE THIS APP. USE RAKUTEN INSTEAD. I have missed out on a lot of cash back. I filed claims and they make excuses, like, we don't see it, the merchant didn't pay, it didn't track at all etc. I tried using this app, but Ebates/Rakuten is 100% better. They track your purchases without any issues, and if you have missing cash back their customer service is sooo good to make sure it's applied to your account! Another thing to note they take forever to pay you the cashback, months!!!!
