Michael Sideris: Everything is great so far. The only thing that I wish it had was, you could save the preference test to the headphones. So when you switch headphones you don't have to take the test again. Since you can have 3 headphones saved. It would be nice that that you could have three preference tests saved, one for each headphone.

Gmcalabr: Poorly designed and considered. Can't adjust your own eq with your own music, you have to use a handful of existing songs while making adjustments and they're terrible songs. The eye doctor style ear test eq settings only operates on one of the built in test tracks and doesn't do a good job. I think it's going to take me a very long time to dial in my EQ, far longer than just using Spotify's built in EQ. It is more powerful though.

Vitaly Q: Great app, many fixes and enhances since I downloaded it for the first time. But auto-enabling personalisation (and also auto-launcing app) when I play music without headphones using internal speakers is really annoying. Because it always causes a crackling sound and reduses speakers loudness a little bit (especially when volume level isn't full).

Brittney Suttles: Had a great experience with the app on my phone and computer but I was unable to do the sound test on desktop so I deleted it, no big deal. Then it stopped staying turned on while in use on the phone. Uninstalled and re-installed to see if that would fix the issue. The app will not let me sign in, I can't request a forgotten password, and I can't create a new profile. Nothing works about it any longer and it has turned into a frustrating disappointment.

However I've noticed that the audio output level is significantly lower when SoundID is enabled. Victor Banke: Fatal flaws-no way to disable correction curve, no auto switching profiles per Bluetooth device Sounds great, but useless if you switch between headphones & Bluetooth speakers. There are only profiles for headphones, not speakers, and no "Flat" option to disable correction curve. I use Sonarworks Reference in my studio and love it. THIS app has amazing potential, but the features are not there yet. Please add the option to create named profiles for non-headphones, with custom curves!

Justin Ok: Solid app, but... why can't you remove a pair of headphones from your list? I was curious to see the response curve of a different pair of headphones and now I can never remove it from my list. This is the kind of overlooking that screams "unexperienced design/UI team," given that it's such a simple and reasonable concept that fails to be present.

Element El: How did this app get released to production? It is super buggy and very unstable. The modal with headphones connection status keeps popping non-stop like every 10 seconds on any screen you are at and resets any actions you were doing before it poped. Then you have to start doing it again. Keeps telling that it is not connected, but I am actually in process of testing the preferences and hearing the sound in my Drop THX headphones. For some reason it is undecided if its connected or not...

Andrew Martinez: Registration was fine. Having the app connect to my THX Pandas was finicky at best. I had to unpair and repair them a few times before they finally "Connected." After that, the app said it was "Uploading to headphones", but did not indicate how long that would take. Tapping on the message would make it go away, but then the app would crash if you attempted to do anything else. Patiently waiting, it says the "upload completed." Then when I tried to do the "Preference Test," it crashed. Going through each screen slowly and waiting seems to make it work. After that the bad UX continues. The app has too many rough edges and feels like a developer or expert user with no usability testing approved the app. And yes I updated the firmware on my Pandas. App still crashes randomly.

Jamie Pratt: As others have stated the setup is a bit thorough. The results positively clear. The app certainly improved overall sound definition and quality. I'm only going to b|tch about one thing and that one thing is why this rating wasn't 5 stars. The choices for adaptability to external hardware are limited to older options. For instance I have j bird x4s and there is only an option for x3s. I wonder if there is a difference in sound quality between the two versions.
