Ginno X: Poor UI and user experience. 1)Can't tell what the graph is about, no grid no number, requires manually use finger to check price of each point of the graph. 2)Refresh of stocks are often delayed, need to use another app to get the most updated status of the stocks. 3)Always need to login again when I open the app from background after a short while. The app is running in background, why does it require login over and over again each time? I suggest SoFi to seriously review the UI and experience

Hoi Yuet Chau: Transaction delay is a very frequent problem with this trade service provider, very unhappy when using it for frequent trade! Very poor phone call customer service, bad attitude, the staff know literally nothing and keep telling me to ask another staff again via whatsapp. Its a waste of my time for waiting the phone call as a number 4 in queue customer at that time.

Stanton Rich: Just did my first purchase yesterday it went smoothly, no issues whatsoever. Very user friendly app.The only thing that's holding back SoFi HK which puts a real dampener to the experience is initially opening the account.

Michael Bentley: Terrible experience. Submitted my application over a month ago and sent over 10K deposit as they require. They finally replied saying because HSBC blanked out my account number i have to submit another 10K deposit showing my account number!! Have sent 2 emails but of course no reply. I have zero confidence to do any stock trading with them and just to try to get my 10K back.

Will Allen: The app doesn't process USD/HKD conversion instantly at the rate specified... caused my account to go into deficit and then charge me interest on it. Very slimy move SoFi. Devil in the details.

Carola MM: I had no issues signing up. And when there was a problem with my home address, customer service reached out to me to help fix it. However when my partner tried to sign up (same address, income and credentials) he got rejected without a clear explanation. I saw similar stories from other people and it almost seems like SoFi racially discriminates against certain ethnic groups. This makes me reconsider using this app.

Calvin Lee: After registering, they sent an email informing that it will take 7-10 working days. It's now been 23 days since I've registered and deposited my money. I emailed customer service 7 days ago asking for an update which they have not responded to. Needless to say, dealing with this company has been both disappointing and incredibly frustrating.

As it's one of the best app in the market, filled all the info required, evening provided some info which had nothing to do to open an account such as why HKID has a AON. Spoke on the phone. Emailed: Doc's I waited for a week and finally got an email Ques. WHAT'S MY PLACE OF BIRTH! Emailed Ans.your application has been turn down on internal what's so ever. I don't know if it's racist or discriminating! It shouldn't be as it is. Waiting 4 email reply.

Walker Chow: Except for the slow account opening process it's pretty good. No problems trading on the albeit somewhat simple interface and the fees are real low. Customer service also seem nice enough.

Pppp Kan: after updated the interface, much better than before. yet, still some technical problem which makes me very nervous especially when I wanna sell a stock at certain price but others order page has error and not successful
