Abhishek Bhardwaj: Doesn't even start. As soon as login button is tapped it tells that no browser was found installed on my phone. Crazy!

Phillip Lee: I was able to respond to customers on the go and out of the office etc.. Now it logs you out constantly and fails to get passed the home screen in an endless loop I have to resort to using my desktop version as this is more stable so I don't lose business.

1M UK: Can't even get it to open. App shows the login screen but clicking on it does nothing at all. We've tried everything, different devices and so on. It would be incredibly useful if for a small business like ours where we can't be in front of a computer screen all the time, but what's the point if we can't even access it?

Nick and Liz Langdon: Constantly glitching and freezing. It's impossible to reply to customer messages in a timely manner. Forever having to close the app and start again. Also incredibly laggy. Often get notifications 3-5 minutes after the customer has clicked send. Not instant at all. Makes no difference being on WiFi or data.

Sheena-Ann Nelson: The app just doesn't work. You get a message form from a customer and you cannot even access the message. The app is just stuck on the front loading screen. You have to uninstall and then re install the app to see message will just stick to fb messenger moving forward. Very disappointed. So after 1 year the app is now worse. Logged its self out and wasn't even aware. Logged to find lots of customers asking questions before checking out which means lost sales. Fully going back to email and fbm

Raph McGowan: So originally I had a problem with this app and I gave it a 1 Star review as I could not install it on my Android phone. However in a couple of days I was contacted by technical help and after a few emails back and forth they pinpoint of the issue was that my phone was not on automatic time and date and once this was done I've now been able to reply quickly to customer questions on the fly. Love the ease of this app so I'm giving it 5 stars

Adam Hurlburt: Poor customizability. Makes a lot of decisions for you and doesn't allow you to edit. Like not allowing to remove or customize the order status auto messaging and also requiring the customer to provide a phone instead of email. Thankfully the last part was changed due to legal requirements (not because Shopify made the app more configurable)

Jonathan Jamieson: It's a good try but doesn't work well. The app gets stuck loading when opening. There is no way to assign names to chats once the customer tells you there name. And for some reason customers get multiple chats going and there is no way to unify chats from the same customer. Sometimes the message that I sent to one chat doesn't make it to the customer because they have started a new chat box. It's just a real clunky not very useful app I have been using it every day for months.

Lauren Butcher: Very disappointed with this app! Its functionality doesn't work therefore restricting me from providing a quick response to my customers and not letting me provide good customer service. Everytime a customer sends me a message I receive the message but am unable to reply as when I open the app it just comes up blank and nothing happens. I've tried to reinstall the app to no avail of working. I've finally uninstalled and will look for something else that works.

Carly Kjelstrom: New: 4 star. Finally got logged in! I don't know how but I guess it just finally connected (wasn't in conversation with a team member). Anyway, solid app so far. I've tested it on myself and I got messages almost instantaneously both ways. Love being able to customize the little chat bubble. I'll continue to use and if I like it, I'll probably up to 5. I imagine there are a few more bugs to sort out. Original: 1 star. Can't even log in. I'm all for using this feature and want to do it!
