Maciej R: Your app has a long way to go of you compare it to others. I hade ovo and npower and they were brilliant, everything visible and accessible. Yours has always some kind of problem with loading data, snart meter connection or lack of certain futures. After recent uodate app stopped working and asking for update thiugh it is or just crashing without opening.

Richard Burgess: As the app matures it has improved though smart meter usage fails to load on opening the app. Update Nov 2021. The app is much more stable but still fails to load smart meter usage on opening. Dec 2021 no improvement in 12 months. Graphs need consistent X axis rather than variable scale depending on usage, makes comparisons difficult. Option for kWh or £ ( or both) at customer's preference would be an improvement.

Sid Khan: Downgrading from 2 stars to 1 star. This is actually the worst app I've used. Usage data hardly ever works. If you're lucky you might see either your electricity or gas usage, never both. It takes so long to refresh that there's point trying to scroll through weeks or months - it takes too long or will fail to load data. The app is so bad it makes me want to switch energy supplier

James Payet: Not a good app. Does not give any information on usage. Fails to load regularly. Missing historical data to compare month on month or year on year data. No graphs of use or even download able use so I can put data into a spreadsheet! Does not give any advice on how to save money and where the energy at home is being used. Got to be the worst energy app I've used only good for entering meter readings and even this has bugs. Now got smart meters so not required! Will uninstall!

James Treharne: All that time supposedly improving the app. But despite asking a year or so ago, I STILL... Can't submit a manual electricity meter reading if I've got a smart meter installed. Smart meters it seems don't always send a reading when required, but it doesn't mean they're faulty... customers should have the option to send a manual reading . Bonkers!

Helen Wilkinson: Unable to view up-to-date bills (critical in the current climate). Smart meter always disconnects and needs to be permanently plugged in as only has a 3hr battery life. Unable to get a refund even though I'm massively in credit as they don't have an up to date reading. Even though my smart meter gives readings every half an hour.

Andrew Daborn: Ok. The charts have been downgraded from the old version, so you don't see as much as before, such as usage per month as a number, unless you have a smart meter. They are reducing functionality for non-smart-meter customers, which is annoying. The meter entry screen could be better, such as having number-only entry, instead of the full keyboard. The login process is clumsy and awkward at times.

wendy ramsay: Definitely not as good as the First Utility app it replaced. Not always able to open up various parts of it. Today I couldn't check my usage history for example. Have emailed them as requested and everything is still the same, just a joke until this gets sorted Edit. 2 years on and not much has improved if anything. Still not showing my spend data or usage for weekly or daily usage. I now can't log in properly, need to be emailed a link to do it. Update in October 2022. Nothing has changed.

J W: If it were reliable it would be just about OK. Lots of issues though, needs to have a network status on the home page, daily graphing is useful but not being about to lock the scale makes it much less useful as you can't compare adjacent weeks. It says data might be estimated but does not allow you to separate estimated from actual which gives little confidence in what is being shown.

Lily Loo: It's bordering on useless. It clearly does not assist you in controlling your energy spending as the information it provides is totally inadequate. It does not provide any usage cost figures. daily, weekly or monthly. The daily usage in kw is hit and miss. It's good for providing your meter readings if your Smart Meter doesn't work properly. It's good for viewing your monthly bill. That's it. The app is really a waste of time.
