Jerry Hsieh: Was an IOS user with no issues. But the Android app seems to be very unstable. Freezes up and unresponsive. For example, lock would unlock, but would not retrieve the property info because the app froze.

Tony Fernandes: I've been using the Sentri for approximately 3 years and happy with it overall but a headache to use Sentriconnect to grant access to out of town realtors. Made a suggestion to discontinue Sentriconnect and only use Sentrikey but my suggestion was met with a "closed ticket request". Like any app there will be some bugs and overall they are good but must get rid of Sentriconnect.

Elegant Property Group: It has a very bad lag time. I get notifications hours later that a showing began in the past. I also can not see who has entered by checking the access logs until a day or so later. This app could be such a great tool also.

Kenneth Totten: Samsung A20. Every time I try to assign a lockbox this app freezes and I can't it to cycle at all. I uninstalled it then installed it again with no changes. I can no longer use the ELB's for this reason.

Janice Jones: All I'm getting is black screen after update. I uninstalled and reinstalled and seems to work right after installing but later doesn't work at all. Seems useless right now. Wish I hadn't updated. I haven't been able to update my card on my windows 10 computer for quite a while too. Service seems to be on a decline.

A Google user: Trying to show a home and the app won't update. The message "You must upgrade to the latest version of the app" appears, I click "ok" and it continually says the update is in progress.

A Google user: Freezes almost every time! I delete and re install sometimes twice to get it to work! I have latest version and auto update app setting on my phone. Too much time wasted trying to get into property!!

A Google user: Although I'm yet to even use the product, the terms & conditions in the user agreement are pathetic. They are selling their products anywhere and everywhere yet very specifically offer "No Warranty" and dump all risk to the user. No Warranty? but don't you dare take/steal/reverse engineer our software? HUH? Pick a path SentriLock! Our software is great and we stand behind it? or we don't. Which is it? Don't bother telling me it's free since your lockboxes are paperweights without the app.

A Google user: LOTS of bugs with the latest version. Have been unable to use it since. After not having to use a sentricard for years, I had to start using one again since the update to this app. Phone support is aware of the issues and promises an uodate "soon".

A Google user: After the required update, i have to reboot my phone every time i use the app or it juat says "unknown error". We dont have blue tooth devises and you cant see whats below "or" my phone. Old version worked fine. This is a perfect example of if its not broke dont fix it.
