Monica: love this game used to play it a lot back then, only thing i dont like is that theres a lag when playing which honestly can really hurt your chances of winning considering this is a game on speed and every second counts. Also theres an issue whenever i finish a game the ad doesnt load and i have to exit the app. Almost after every match it can get annoying. But other than that i still love this game its fun and challenging

Cindy: I rated it a 3 stars cause im still having fun but not fun with the freeze up, I have also been playing for some while now too and everytime I play a board it freezes up and I lose about 15 seconds and in that time I could have gotten a few more words and beat the component but since it freezes up, I don't end up beating the component!?? Its also probably not worth paying $5 for ad free either cause u will probably still get them anyway and a waste of $5, I never never buy it

Ellen Radcliff: It's a good game if you don't mind repetitive playing boards. When trying to get bonus points, which you need for competitive play, the ads that you have to watch have gotten long, and on some you have to press "next" to get to the second part of the ad to continue watching before you can collect your 15 points. The game itself is fun though.

Doug Sondak: Overall, game works fine. Ads run longer than most apps, so I often just close it when I get impatient with the ads. There's no way to opt out of "level ups," so I usually also close the app when it does that. It seems that some of the "players" are bots, don't particularly like that.

Spencer P: Used to be my favorite game as well. I still enjoy playing but you need to fix the algorithms for team play. Im a high rated player and most recently lost twice as many matches as I won, which resulted in losing all my chips. How do you expect people to play ( or even watch ads!) when you take all their chips??? And, sorry, but giving 10 chips for free doesn't really help someone play all that much. I'll consider more stars if any changes actually get made. ?

Lisa Stokes: Too many bugs. I have to log back in after every round, it shuts down after I watch the videos for the extra 20 secs & I never get my 20 secs. I had this app before yrs ago and it was a little better than this, but overall. I enjoyed playing back then & I enjoy playing, but would like to have all these issues resolved. **Update...When playing in the tournaments, it states that the winning team will receive 3000 chips/coins, but we never receive anything near that amount. Stop cheating us.

Judi Studeny: After woking for 32 years, I felt that mind had slowed down. Recalling names had become tortuous. My son showed me Ruzzle and pretty soon I was playing every day. Very soon my mind was back working as quickly as ever. I've played for years now. Sadly though, it's become too expensive to play very often on a fixed income. Hopefully, we could purchase a Silver Version 1.0 of the original game for Silver Citizens, and there are alot of us. Younger people would still want the new, expanded version.

E P: The random opponent generator glitches frequently. When I select "find random opponent" it loads for about 1 minute but it won't find any opponents. I have to press it over three times (and wait for it to load) by the fourth time it pulls up like five new random opponent games...If I wait (hours) after pressing it once it STILL won't generate a game at all. If I press it repeatedly it will pop up multiple games usually on the fourth or fifth press. The game is fun but the glitch isn't.

A Google user: i like the game overall, i use to play when it first came out i think. now it's filled with ads! its ridiculous with the amount of ads they have. ad after every single round you play and you're forced to watch them unless you close out the app. EDIT: also, besides the ads, more color tiles for one. coins are kind of pointless & so is the ink after awhile. add more ways to use it besides tournaments. also, switch the boards up more. it seems like the same letters are on the board,

A Google user: Love this game but recently it has been messing up a lot! Also, in the middle of playing a game, ads pop up now! UPDATE: I see your response dated 2/6/19. You are not understanding! I know you need ads to keep it free in between games! What is happening is WHILE I'm playing someone, the game stops and shows an ad and then resumes the game!! And now, the game I'm playing stops completely and I'm kicked out in about every other game I play!!!
