Mark Pederson: Using the app is frustrating! It was only good enough to notify me, whereupon I'd need to use a desktop browser to complete the action that was unnecessarily deep inside their menu system. Using Reverb itself is a nightmare, fraught with unpleasant interactions, quibbling over money left and right, and all the while getting hammered by seller fees and shipping costs. If you think you're going to turn Reverb into a nice revenue stream as an individual, think again. RUN AWAY!!!

James Plotkin: Terrible user interface and functionality. Annoying pop ups that get in the way of what you're trying to do, every 10 seconds. Accessing the most basic info from listings sometimes impossible due to clunky design and pop ups. No thanks, I'll stick to using a browser.

Christian N: This is the place to buy an sell gear these days, but not without issues: 1) Please add ability for the user to block stores the from showing up in their search results and watch lists. 2) The search function could be more robust, allowing multiple modifiers within the search text. 5) Allow multiple modifiers for watch lists. 4) Shipping could be calculated in advance, automatically like eBay, and search results could order based on price+shipping, and not just price, which is ridiculous.

John Stevenson: There was NOTHING wrong with the version before the last update on 11/1/21. Now info like how long the listing has been up and how much a customer has spent at a particular store are missing in action. The new layout is not an improvement and it just seems like this was another incidence of 'change for change sake'. Lame.

Robb Pearsall: I like Reverb. I've bought/sold. It's been a good experience. Don't feel the same way about this app. Installed the app and found it difficult to use for selling. Info about what I was selling would disappear and I'd have to start my listing over again only to have the info vanish again and again Very frustrating! I deleted the app and went directly to the Reverb website. Have no issues using the website. I put a shortcut to the site on my device. A better experience than using the app for me.

John Swartz: This is a great app and very inventive for creating a central hub for buying and selling music equipment. Improvements in buyer and seller communication abilities could be better. I had an order cancelled because the company didn't deliver to PO Boxes. Advanced warning to the consumer is something to improve on. Also, not allowing the seller to cancel an order do to address problems is something to consider. Thank you

Jonathan Stenitzer: This app has made it very easy for me to sell instruments and musical equipment. The experience was way better than other ecommerce platforms like eBay and certainly altogether better than an old classified ad service like Craigslist. I have not used the app as a buyer but I would definitely consider it in the future. One thing I would caution sellers is to be aware of the costs of shipping, especially shipping internationally, so you don't get soaked by those costs.

A Google user: Had no problems prior to today, but now the app refuses to even open, as a couple of other users have indicated. Giving it 3 stars because I'm confident the developers will fix this quickly. Using a Pixel 4 XL on Android 10. Seems to be no issues on iOS. Edit: Reverb was very quick to both acknowledge the issue and fully resolve. App is back up and running smoothly!

A Google user: Extremely buggy app and poor user experience REPLY > The curated list will randomly display older items not in order. When an Item has sold it sometimes still shows in the curated list leading to confusion. The wishlist feature is completely broken on there is not way to un favorite an item. There is no sort functionality within the wishlist (WHY?!). There are times when the curated feed will completely go blank leaving nothing to browse, there are other times when a seller will lower the price of an item on a wishlist but the buyer, is never notified therefore the buyer misses the deal There is no way to modify a review after a buyer rips off a seller. Many items will list for $0.99 and when clicking on this item it is revealed that the item listing has ended but because of Reverbs sloppy app it shows up still in the feed leading to more confusion and wasted time. The app is a mess

A Google user: Reverb itself is a great place to find and price out music gear for any kind of musician or producer. The amazing thing is that the site and app not only allow the average person to find great deals on gear. But the niche market people can find weird, odd ball items for the studio! From Soviet era drum machines to everyday guitars, it's all here for the right person! what else do you need?
