S. Collins: Easy to use app and good quality photo! It would be better if the built-in selfie camera didn't flip the image after taking the picture. Because of that, I took the picture on my phone's camera and uploaded it from my gallery. Please also be upfront with the costs as I was surprised when it came to a payment page.

irene chen: It's great that there are expert check but user should be given the option to go ahead with the 'not up to standard' photo if they are fine with it. I need the photo for a badge which does not have stringent requirement. But the app insist I must remove my glasses, take the picture in a bright light area and no smiling. Why you have to reject my picture after the payment. I just want to remove my background. I don't need the expert check.

Dev Preston: I found this app extremely easy to use. It did take me a few times to get the right conditions for the photo but the app helped me make the right choices to improve it until it was the right quality. It was very easy adding the code to my passport application, and I was able to use a downloaded copy for a different purpose easily too (voter ID application). My passport application has been approved - can't get much better than this!

Shawn Rene': The app guides you through everything you need to know to get a photo accepted for a passport or other type of ID. If the lighting isn't quite right, the app guides you in how to correct; if you accidentally have your head turned slightly, the app guides you about where to look. There's a frame that goes around your face that keeps you in the correct position and when it's green, you know you can take that photo. It's super easy and affordable!

michael lui: I gave this App 3 stars because it is simply operating and easy to get your ID photo, but it made me uncomfortable is that they charge you after you set up everything , I do think everyone 's work should be respected , I do not mind to pay for a App, but I think it should make the price more straight and clearly, be honest! Finally I decided to uninstall it, it is not reasonable for paying $13?98 to get a digital photo, thanks for all the developers!

Raul Vazquez: App is really easy to use and got my 2x2 pic within minutes. My only gripe is that in app, it showed two packages with different prices when checking out. I chose the first at 7.95 but I got a notification from PayPal that it was 13.95. Double the price!! Customer support said there was a price change in their system. How ridiculous!!!

Malia Yoshioka: Terrible customer support, buyer beware! I ordered photos for an appointment and they never arrived. When i requested a refund i was told i could only get a $3 refund for shipping since i was given a printable template and could print it at any shop. (I wish i had read the other reviews warning about this!) In hindsight, i should have just gone to a local shop in the first place to have them TAKE the photos rather than trusting an app and wasting time and money. I learned the hard way!
