Karen Kaye Domalina: The older version is better. Lately when i'm loading it always prompt "shop error". I called the CS & did what they told me to do but nothing changed. It has nothing to do with my internet connection since every other app & loading app in my phone is working properly. I even reinstall & changed password but its the same "shop error".it's almost 2 months but its still not working i cant even get my load balance from this app. I will not recommend anyone to download this app.

rice: At 1st it was working perfectly well, in fact recommended this app. After few months all went south?i cant open the app, sent msgs on customer care even called and able to speak to a customer care assisst. They were able to fix it for a few times and now this app is unusable in my cphone. The solution is to change my phone, yeah right what a great solution. My phone is samsung and it is always up to date.

Elisha Co: Please improve your app. Everytime it asks for OTP, it already expired before I even enter it because of the delay in receiving it! It happens all the time! P.S. I already uninstalled it for wasting a lot of my time. And the funny thing is, even after uninstalling the app, I still kept receiving OTPs in my inbox! Please fix your app. I have been wanting to try it but it didn't give me a good first impression. Sorry.

Mario Dimaangay: There's a bug when typing numbers, it sometimes double. Please fix that. After you did I'll make sure to give five star. I'm sure the problem wasn't on keyboard cause when I tested it on my notes the numbers didn't doube. I hope you fix the bug. Thank you.

Reco jhon Abriol: The application has a lot of potential. From its accommodations to its common sense to its highlights, there's a lot to like about it. All succeeds because it has the ability to understand its users and recognise what is actually needed for them to continue using their apps. It's basically their way of demonstrating their capability and capacity in comparison to other e-wallet apps.

knight Armour: Needs to improve interface, load option must have a search button for easy navigation to the desired load, search button for Transaction menu is also a must to find previous transactions/s especialy from Month/s ago. Aside from being so buggy, not all android version were supported, successfully installed in Android 8.1, and Android 10, but not in Android 9, though successful, but options and Menu/s are not complete. Hope the developer will emprove the app the way it should and intended to be.

Leahcim Taribio: App has bugs. This app offers payment solutions and it's buggy. Could not take photo of my ID fully due to bug so I took the photo vertically instead of horizontally. As expected my registration/verification was declined. Not using this for now until you fix the issue. This is a scary app if you put your money in it and app is full of bugs.

Erick Reeves Tenorio: Totally a bad experience. Can't proceed with successful registration using this app. There's always an error when submitting the application. The worst part of it, it says "Unidentified Error". You should have a friendly error message if there was an uncaught system error.

Melyn Brillo: It is a great app though it just need improvement in the transaction history. It does not show what contact number did you load, can't show to the customer as a receipt. And also a search or filter can help in 'sell load'. Also I think the view of your balance can be seen on the landing page after login like paymaya app and can see the balance when loading, it is more convenient. Also problem in login, a finger print scan upon login can help like in the paymaya app.

nicole amparo feimer-pajares: This app is so difficult to register. It has been the 3rd time I tried with no success. So I can only ratr it 1star since i was bot able to register and couldnt use their app. But very easy to fill up the details. It is just annoying for every failed register you need to redo everything in filling up the form. I hope they improve in this.
