Organ Trail is a retro zombie survival game. Travel westward in a station wagon with 4 of your friends, scavenging for supplies and fending off the undead. Members of your party might die of dysentery or you might have to put them down yourself when they get bit. Faithfully recreated it as if it were on the Apple 2, Organ Trail offers amazing 16 color art and retro beeps and boops. Packed full of zombie mechanics, themes and references; this is a must have for any zombie survival fans.

avid non: The aim shoot system is counter intuitive. I dislike this way of shooting immensely! Why aim from the opposite direction? I'd give game a 3 because of the aiming system but other game areas are more positive.

Ash Combrink: Game never triggers the tutorial. I just run out of bullets and get eaten by zombies within ten seconds. Highly accurate to simulating an actual apocalypse. But I would like to play the game, please???

Jacob FryFogle: This game is awesome. I bought it back in 2017 and I've loved it ever since. It has a load of content, it's easy to learn, and is a great time killer. One tip for anyone lucky enough to read this review, just because you reach the safe zone, doesn't mean you win. You have one last quest to do. Jenny Chen: DON'T BUY TGE EXPANSIONS. IT DISAPPEARS. I tried contacting the developer through their email about the matter but didn't got any response. I bought the two expansions from the game, but after playing it for an hour, the expansions disappeared. I tried restoring it, but it just says, "Waiting for response from the store," and nothing happens. I will change my rating once I get a response..

Alexander Forbes: I love this game but can't play on my new device because I cannot reload my weapon in the intro(can't remember if this is how it used to be), then die, then have to restart and go right back to the intro. This seems like a minor bug but it makes the game unplayable.

SweetMusicT: The saves are broken, if I leave the game then come back, the games I've saved aren't there, I also have to restore purchase every time, so the game doesn't seem to save anything, pls fix. The game is fun. Edit: thanks for fixing the save problem and everything.

Original: I love this game and everything it's about but there's one minor technical issue. I have the Galaxy S21 Ultra and this game is quite outdated now for the version of Android I run. As a result the game is unable to keep saved games, making me have to reduce my rating from 5 to 1. If the devs are out there somewhere, please update the game for newer versions of Android!

Amor: The game is fine but a big issue that I have with it is the aiming mechanic. Shooting with anything other than the shotgun will probably lead to you missing the target. On top of that, it takes too long to adjust where you're aiming, so much so that I would often get attacked by zombies because my gun decided to aim to the side and I didn't have enough time to adjust it.

W. Michael Smith (Tango With Sticks): It's crazy how much fun this tacky little retro game is! It joyfully takes its inspiration from Oregon Trail and tosses a zombie apocalypse at the concept. I scoffed when I read other reviews described it as immersive, but they are amazingly correct! Despite (or perhaps, because of) primitive game play and massively low res graphics, this game sucks you in! I've had no problems so far on a Galaxy Tab A.

A Google user: controls take a bit to get used to but all in all a good game. I have it on the vita and its great. Using touch instead of a controller makes it harder. Also there is a bug where the sound cuts out. hope it get an update to fix this and maybe controller support.
